When i arrived to purchase a boyfriend for my gecko, people were moving trees from one location to another and looked at me angrily I asked if I needed to move my car and they said yes so I did. Then they started screaming at us in Spanish and when they finally realized that that's not the language we speak she said "Go away we're not open It's not open until 8:00 no 9" it wasn't very nice and their hours are incorrect on the internet as a result I'm sad. The end. Amen

Extremely rude! Wanted to get a bird mate for one I currently own. I have owned birds my whole life I wanted one that would be compatible They didn't have any out at the moment. Asked about them and they said they had some in the back, asked to see them brought one out after 15min of waiting, bird didn't seem at all what he described to me. When I said no i didnt like it proceeded to get mad and tell me all birds are the same, And that I had made him do the work of getting it for me for nothing. Guess he thought I was gonna buy a bird i haven't seen and trust him blindly. BIG NO FROM ME! I would say seriously take your business elsewhere. As I did!!
I was very polite and patient actually I was just unaware if someone asked politly to see an animal not on display it was mandatory to purchase or it was considered rude or disrespectful. Unfortunately, they did treat my family and I very nasty and disrespectful when we didn't like the bird. I was very specific as to what I wanted. Again not all animals are the same even if they are the same breed. They are individuals that have likes and dislikes even a personality of their own. Im very sorry some people can't see that My honest review on this post is unfortunately bad we have very nice local breeders in our area that have much better and nicer services and knowledge about birds of all kinds. Owner doesn't mind at all losing our business and people going elsewhere.

This place has been shut down multiple times and take horrible care of their animals. I know multiple people who had their birds die or show symptoms of illness not even a week after purchasing them. These people don't care about the animals they only care about money.

Owners are rude and don’t like to interact with customers , asked a worker for a price on a bird & he said a certain price then asked another worker for the same bird & he said another price. They will try to scam you & don’t even know what kinda of animals they sell

The people seemed nice with a smile, but I felt so sorry for every bird. They were shaking and huddled in a pack. It was a beautiful day but the wind was cold, the breeze was coming thru there set up. At least put tarps up to keep it a bit warmer. I felt bad because my birds are my babies and to see the birds shivering made me sad. It is a real sad place to visit as a animal lover. Rabbits are on the cold wet pavement freezing. Turtles have huge pieces of lettuce, turtles eat more then just lettuce. Bird cages had no food and when i saw them feed one cage of birds all the birds flocked to get food as if they were starving. Water bowls dirty. Very in-human. Its sad to see places like this because they sell not for the love of the animal but for the love of the money!!!!

I got 3 budgies from here, and my precious guinea pig. I’ve had my birds for a couple of months, and no issues. Double check and make sure the birds are clipped or not. One of my budgies was clipped, and I didn’t realize it until I got home (I prefer my birds have their beautiful wings so they can fly around). Not an issue though because my bird is beautiful and doing fine. Just letting her wings grow back!I’ve had my guinea pig for a week and we absolutely love her! Will probably be going back for another one so she can have a companion! Great place, and affordable!
