Really great experience. Helpful staff who took the time to ask us questions about our sleeping habits, and gave us a few options to choose from. They were very patient and didn't feel pushy at all. We got a free electronic adjustable bed frame which is awesome. Thank you mattress firm

I called your store on Ming, and got info, then went to your store on Gosford. Chase over the phone very knowledgeable and really heard me when I told him precisely what I wanted. The next day I went to the Gosford store where Ashlee showed up, carrying her lunch, and went right to work on setting me up with exactly what I wanted. Received a great sales price, and 0% financing made the deal sweet. You've got a new customer. Thanks much.
