“The phlebotomist I was assigned to was incredible, she made everything quick, painless, and easy. The staff is incredible, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If you call them, you cannot get to a real person, it’s all automated. There is no front desk, only a check-in tablet. If you have any sort of questions before an appointment, there is basically no way to get them answered”

“I am on home antibiotics and have to get labs done every week. Since my PICC had stopped working, I went to PAL (now Westpac) I left the first day because I was a walk in and it was very busy and very warm. (Need to turn down the AC guys). Once I got back there I realized they had students. I love having students work on me because I was a student late in life and I was ecstatic whenever someone allowed me to practice. After spending 2 weeks in the hospital, getting poked by a needle doesn't faze me a bit. Unfortunately, they only gave her two tries. Once the Westpac phlebotomist took over it was one stick and done. They were professional and the place was clean. I had an appointment this time and was in and out in no time. I'd give 5 stars if they'd turn that AC down”

“went for the first time and it took a couple of tries to hit the vein but they did it and got results quickly and efficiently. went yesterday and it was practically painless, they got the needle in with one try and i barely felt anything besides a little prick!! it was very nice and only took two minutes for over five viles of blood, would recommend”

“I went to do lab work at the Stockdale Office to do blood work and usually I have a hard time because of deep veins. The tech got it on the first time without it clotting. As a walk in, I expected a little bit of a wait, but I was being seen within 5 minutes. Quality service and friendly staff, unlike LabCorp or Quest. Will be back in the future. Thanks”

Alissa was friendly, professional, and her area was organized and clean. I highly recommend this laboratory. She was amazing because I didn't even feel the needle. Great job, Alissa. “Visit was good, my first time visiting the Stockdale location and for the most part everything went well and I got in and out quick. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was very kind and respectful, however, once they finished they taped my arm very poorly and advised me to keep the gauze on for 20 minutes. It was already falling off by the time I left the building.”

“I go to the lab on Brimhall and I love that place. Usually, labs have a very hard time finding my veins. When i'm having blood drawn at westpac, on brimhall, they have never had a problem, they find it right away, no pain. I usually have an appointment, but sometimes i've had to do a walk-in, and they've gotten me in and out within an hour usually. You can also make your appointments online and check the results of your lab work online through their app.”

I always enjoyed people like Ruben who are very sociable, polite, professional, kind to people like me who are disabled and senior citizens.
