Brenda is so rude!!!!! Never again will we be using this service!!! Our schedule was not kept and she said they didn't need our service! The owners are the sweetest but the two receptionists are horrid!!! And the two receptionist would offer to schedule free shredding in exchange for personal services for them!!! Unprofessional!!

Called them for service of purging our business records and they came out with in two days. They had their whole team out to get our records and boxes all shredded. They were clean and efficient. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you for the great service.

We get free shredding with having a credit union account. Such friendly staff they simply dump all the papers into the large bin, and we definitely trust them as we have been using their service for many years now.

Super kind, fast, reliable and great customer service! I spoke with someone last week and they scheduled me in for this Friday 12/4. I thought it was for today so I called in and Sabrina kindly arranged for the driver to come by today. I really appreciate it! I will recommend them to any one of my friends, business associates and family.

Website showed they are open 8-5 but they were not there and no answer when I called. They are located in a storage unit business so not sure how you do business with them. Left 3 messages and no return call.

This "Veterans and family owned" business decided to take it upon themselves to block the only two handicap spaces available. When asked to move, the driver purposefully used the truck to block the only wheelchair ramp. Even after calling their main office and speaking to a person named Ken about getting their driver to simply move the truck to another parking location that wasn't literally blocking both handicap spots, Ken made it perfectly clear the drivers do this all the time and he did not care. Do not support a company that just so blatantly does not care.
