I went in yesterday because I had recently lost my phone and I was trying to see if I was eligible for a replacement but I actually ended up getting a new upgraded phone and I am thankful for the help of Yaya, she was very patient and helpful, kept a conversation with me while activating my new phone and I am extremely satisfied, she deserves a raise! I didn't get her full name but she said she goes by Yaya. Thank you again, I'll be recommending friends and family here.

Revve 6 is by far the worst phone you could ever buy do not do it it's a waste of time and money you don't get your calls the drops the call the messages don't get sent you cannot do s*** with this phone by far you are better off with a flip phone seriously

I was helped by Joanna. She was courteous and knowledgeable, and eventhough a sale didn't take place today (need to wait for that pay check) she provided excellent and knowledgeable customer service. Will ask for her the next time.
