The girls working there are rude. Everything is about making money for them. They aren’t appropriately trained and when then run into an issue, they end up saying “i don’t know, it doesn’t happen often” and don’t have an explanation to their mistake. And other staff members are rude can’t even say you’re welcome have a nice day after they messed up. They are still getting paid, they are not working for free. So to the manager that was not there, please train your staff better. Thanks.

I'm happy with metro,But I was disappointed that I wasn't able to get a some kind of deal for newer phone than the almost three year old phone I currently have. My memory is at its capacity so I need a new phone because they come with more storage space . Was hoping to trade this one in exchange for something with more space

I came here a 2 years ago, the lady with the mess up teeth was making fun of the way i looked. I didn't say anything to her, I Just paid my bill and left. I avoided this place now.

I went to metro pcs on white lane and told the sales lady i wanted to open an account with 2lines for the $55 plan/month and i was bringing my own phones over. She said ok and did everything and said i owed $155 dollars for the line and activation fee and at first it seemed high because i was with metro previously but the part that made me wonder was that after i paid, she proceed to tell me that she had to start me at $65/month and i needed to come back and she would reduce it down for me. That sounded strange and i told her that it did not sound right and she said that it was Tmobile’s policy to start everyone at $65. She said she will call me personally before my next bill to change it. After leaving, still feeling on easy i called another metro pcs and they told me she was not suppose to do that. She should have only charged me for the plan that i wanted plus activation since i am bringing my own phones. He said she charged me for the most expensive line which i did not ask for. Which makes sense because she did not give me a receipt of what i paid for. She lied to me, cheated me and i am wondering is this is how metro treats all its customers. I am so disappointed and appalled by this incident. Metropcs is not what it is used to be.

We had a Metro store in Arvin and it was very convenient for my mom but they closed that office and moved back to Lamont. Their customer service sucks they are TOO busy with their cells to look up. If it wasn't for the bell thst goes off when you walk in they wouldn't left look up.

I bought a cellular n30 one plus and I told them not to give me insurance and they told me don't worry we won't give it and now seeing all the results that IF they gave me insurance I would like them to be aware that the insurance is useless, it's an extra 10 dollars that they remove
