Well the employees are most excellent.. I found them friendly & smart.. 5 stars there. However the phone I got (a moto) is nice but does not allow calls when on wifi. Yuck.. virtually every phone I've ever had would work with wifi. So alas I say 2 stars for bad merchandise & No one offered to make it right. I was forced to buy unlimited Internet.. 240 $$ extra a yr. It is what it is. This is life!!

In pursuit of transferring to another carrier, the in-store agent insisted I open a new account to separate it from a family plan. I did as instructed only to be told by a MetroPCS agent on the phone, who was giving me the transfer code, that I did not need to do so. I was charged $35 for a nonessential step and lost hours on end resolving an issue that could've been avoided from the get-go. I had to go through multiple agents on the phone only to be told at the end that I can get my refund by resolving it through my credit card company. I went ahead and transferred my whole family to another carrier as Metro lost my trust.

Elvia was extremely rude!!! Please don’t go to this store.They are not honest with the customers. My mom went by herself and this lady took advantage and charged my mom for accessories we didn’t even want or ask for. She changed the plan to charge her more monthly.We went back to return the accessories once we realized what she charged us for and she refused!!!

When I went it was basically empty 1 costumer in front of me but the guy at the front desk and her where having such a long conversation and he looks like he didn't know what he was doing it was taking forever so I decided to leave and went to the metro pcs on Wilson Rd huge difference.
