I received a gift from a friend, a really nice jacket, but I was super disappointed to see one of the bottom buttons had almost completely been torn off. Luckily the tag and the recipt were still in my possession. I went in to return the jacket to get either another one like it or a straight exchange but was greeted by an absolutely abhorrent manager that told me her name was Cindy. She told me the jacket's button is still usable so this shouldn't be a problem. After insisting that this is still quite the issue for me, she then flipped the narrative and told me the jacket looked liked it had been washed. Needless to say the customer service is truly awful I would just buy online because if you have the unfortunate experience of buying merchandise from this retail location and have any issue at all with quality or standards of any kind you will be left with zero options

got my wife a gift here, purchased the wrong size. when i went back they did not allow me to return for resize and were very rude about it.

I shop MK alot, most of the time all girls are rude, but I went yesterday and this girl/manager Faith was very nice, kind, friendly, and attentive . Great customer service. I give her 5+⭐️

0 scores Go to Fresno or Los Angeles instead; they're much better than these scumbags. The employees here are extremely rude, disrespectful, and narcissistic. They act like they own the store even though they only work there. You can't even return their brands there.And when you return items to this location, they create excuses about how you used the bag and how it's unclean in order to refuse your return and get you to call the police right away since they also injure individuals.

Michael Kors carries quality merchandise, and have great sales when you can catch them....keep an eye out for birthday discounts as well, and also don't forget excellent customer service too.

The managers here are pretty rude. I had an issue with my points, due to them ringing up my transaction wrong. When I called customer service they said if I went back to the store they could fix it for me. Long story short they gave me the run around, i ended up going back to the store three times only for one of the managers to tell me "it takes a long time for your points to show up" which I know it ain't true because this wasn't my first purchase. I ended up returning my item because I got so upset at their customer service. I will just wait till I can go to a different store where hopefully the employees won't be so rude. I had purchased some sunglasses.

Love that all the staff are masked up and super friendly. Diana M, Cindy O, Stephanie S. Are simply amazing . I enjoyed my shopping experience, the store was clean , organized and smelled great!!! Our personal store favorite is Diana M she's so patience and kind. The Manager Cindy is equally amazing. I found my new favorite store

So I have two bags from their store,which I hardly use and keep put away in the original bag so it doesn't get messed up,so the year warranty passed now the straps are literally ripping in half,all four of them & the strings are coming out all over both straps, so I go in there and ask about sending it in to get fixed and she says you have to send it out first so they can look at it and than tell you the price,but it has to be completely empty though,so I ask if I could possibly use a regular shopping bag from there to put my stuff in so it could be sent out & she said no,we can't give out bags, so I just walked out,like are you serious,your customers spend hundreds of dollars in the store and you can't even give them a regular shopping bag to put their belongings in so we can send back this defective bag that's practically falling apart and was purchased there and cost hundreds of dollars,rude and very unprofessional for the type of brand they sell
