I had a very upsetting experience at Michael’s today, specifically in the framing section. I asked a question four times, and the woman working there was shockingly rude and dismissive. Instead of helping, she kept her headphones in and finally said, “I didn’t hear you, the radio is in my ear.” She didn’t even bother to remove her headphones to listen properly. This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service at Michael’s, and I expected much better.
