It was great. They were busy and still fixed breaks same day because that was what was requested. It would’ve been 5 stars but one of the guys would not give me straight answers if my car could be done same day. I only had one car and couldn’t be without it so it was stressful waiting to find out if it could or could not be done. He left and another person called and gave me assurances and made me at ease. I recommend this place. Great service and work.

Had a great experience with Mike Myers, he was amazing, kind and super friendly. Mike was easy to talk to and he explained the problems that my vehicle had in a way I was able to understand. Very smart and knowledgeable. Mike and his crew were awesome, hard working and made my experience great!
I would recommend Midas on White Lane to everyone just for the experience that Mike gave me and how thorough the crew was on their inspection on my vehicle. Thank you so much Mike, you’re a great at what you do, keep up the hard work!

Well, Midas charged me to look at my exhaust leak but they couldn’t my where it was leaking, but they still charged me and I will not be going there any more

Going to Midas and getting an Oil change was a great experience. Besides doing the oil change, they inform me of repairs that needed to be done with the vehicle inspection. And top of everything they were honest enough to cancel the tire rotation due to my back right rear tire needing to be replaced. They save me a tow bill, the tire was worn out to the tread. I will give Midas 5 stars ⭐ and will highly recommend anybody to give them a visit. Thank you Midas for all your work

On road trip, front end started to shimmy. Arrived at shop at opening time, Mike greeted us warmly. They performed a thorough inspection and confirmed the need of a left front CV axle replacement. Part delivered and Jaime has us back on the road in 2 hours, all without an appointment. Best customer service I've ever had. Highly recommend this repair shop. Thanks Mike and Jaime!

Traveling from Tucson to Sacramento, front end began to shake upon acceleration. Due to previous great service at another Midas shop in Citrus Heights, CA., we found this location. Mike and Jaime got us fixed up with new CV axle and we were back on the road in 2 hours! Above and beyond only touches the surface. Highly recommend. Thank you, guys!

$175 an hour labor cost. Double charges for labor. Charged $650 for a single cv joint replacement. then wanted to charge another $650 for the tie rod which is $44 for the part and utterly 1 pin and 1 single bolt even though assembly is already apart, but tie rod does require disassembly anyway. I did both at home in 20 minutes. It was so easy. He also charged me $130 for diagnosis, but it was not diagnosed. Replaced the tie rods and cv joints and shake is still there. I have to take my car to another garage now. Stay away from this place unless you want to get ripped.

Very great services although I was able to find my wheel lock key iny glove box that the employees were not able to find when they checked my glove box. I attribute that to their being polite while looking through my property.

Moved to CA recently. Chose here for oil changes since it was near work. So when my splash guard fell; I took it here bcuz past experiences were good. Fixed it for free ! Friendly, fast, and fair

Doing business here was surprisingly pleasant! Bryan and Nick are extremely professional and courteous. They made navigating my car’s warranties easy because they did all of that work for me. Repairs were priced reasonably and the turnaround time on labor was fantastic. Communication was perfect. This location is on top of it.
The only con that I can think of is the lobby. The lobby could be much better. That’s the only so-so experience that I had.

Awesome Customer Service!!
Had a flat and was in a hurry, these guys took care of me asap no questions asked. Definitely coming here for all my truck maintenance!
