Came in to the store looking for Sonny angels, ready cute but not the worker working today. I came up to her asking a question and she rudely answered and continued to be on there phone like…? Very mean did not like the environment. I work in the fast food industry and I would never give someone this type of attitude.

Bought cute headphones from here one of them didn't work so I came back the next day to return them and they wouldn't give me a refund or exchange it even though they sold me a damaged product it was like 60 dollars too

Today my first time experience the guy who work 1pm shift is not goof customer service coz I asked something is they have of what I'm looking. He just answered " I don't know" not even try to look .

I love that this store has cute products that are affordable! Especially the sanrio stuff! The employees are usually super helpful and give some pretty good suggestions when you ask for an opinion. The best thing about this place is they aren't giving you that weird feeling that most do when you browse as if they're breathing down your neck. Honestly I love this place a lot.

I love this store.They have plushies,blind boxes,makeup,snacks,drinks and more.Its cheap and offers a lot. Personally,one my favorite stores to go to!
