Store is dingy and needs to be remodeled but has everything you need. Employees are friendly but can be unprofessional. I had one employee scratching their back with a sign during check out.

Uploaded and paid for some blueprints, order went through on the website and required one of the prints be upgraded to a poster. The poster cost is $30, blueprint cost is $5. I called the store to confirm the order went through and was scheduled to pick it up the next day, and was informed by a store employee that they would need to change the order for blueprints to posters, and charge $50. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service, and am shocked that a single employee can override an entire online paid for order. This Office Depot is unreliable, they will up charge you, and they have terrible customer service. I cancelled the order and will never shop there again.

Had to leave because there was only one employee and a ridiculous line to be taken care of, came back later and it was even worse, no employees! Obviously there's a staff issue that needs to be taken care of... had to leave twice

I generally avoid chain stores like the plague!Either I cannot find help when needed or the staff is overwhelming interrupting me as I shop until I forgot what I came for !Today is a refreshing shopping experience at office depot on Rosedale hwy in Bakersfield an associate "Bobby" greeting me as I was shopping .what a difference!!! He was polite helpfull,and most of all he assisted me without hesitation!and without being overbearing ! If more people took his approach when helping customers, the world would be better for it .Thank you to Bobby and all of the staff!
