I went in to pick up my 1 piece of paper did it all online just to make it way easier on them what should of just been a quick pick up (already paid online too) took them almost 30min to help me. They were standing around talking then helped people who were behind me in line. Wouldn't recommend coming to this office max or getting any paper's printed you'll be waiting a long time. I can see clearly now why they have so many 1 stars the customer service is horrendous.

Coming from out of town I needed shredding done. This company had an in store coupon for up to 3lbs. I had 1lb. They not only said I could use the coupon they were going to charge a $2.50 fee to my shredding. Another thing as I like to price match with Amazon. They also refused to accept my price match with Amazon (yes it was sold and shipped by Amazon). Never going here again as I had my tasks and purchased by Staples.

I do not know what happened to this store. Have used this location for years. 9/27/22 went in to have an 8x10 print made on photo paper. The girl doing the job was rude, short and acted as if I were bothering her. The print was done and you could see where there obvious printing lines. I asked if she could clean them up and her reply was "Look if you don't want it I will throw it away. Your choice." That is a quote. I asked where frames would be and she said they don't have frames at this store. I will be taking my business elsewhere for now on. Too bad. Was a good store.
