Ridiculously expensive!!! Over a dollar a page for washed out, color copies. Items are all over priced and the store associates are snooty. Don't waste your time or money here. You can get better priced quality products at Amazon or Walmart. I'm honestly just stunned at how much the copies cost. For that price I will buy my own ink cartridges and print the stuff myself. My printer actually looks better than their cruddy copies too. Freakin ridiculous!

Janie the manager should not be manager but instead she should be cleaning the windows and the bathrooms. Not at all ready to help, Lazy, slow, incompetent and thinks she is all that. I had to ask her for help several times as her help is so superficial and she totally embarrasses herself, what a black eye for OfficeMax. After waiting as she purposely dragged her feet not at all wanting to help a nice Gentleman with glasses came to help me. I will Never go back there, maybe that is why there was only one other costumer besides me in the store. I am not sure where they found this Janie and who appointed her manager but they need to rethink their strategy for succes.
