These guys have helped me with all my car troubles and will continue to have my regular maintenance done due to professionalism. The reason the lot is empty is because they fix what they get! Other mechanics have junk piled in front of their business'sServices: Battery

I will NEVER go here again. I called to inquire about rotor and brake service. I was told I could bring my own parts in and labor would be my only cost. No one ever said they would provide parts and labor so I assumed that's just how they did services. I purchased new rotors and new brake pads from O'reiley Auto.. Had the service done at PE and within a day of leaving the shop my brakes began squealing loudly. When I returned to have them checked out I was told I needed NEW ROTORS AND NEW BRAKE PADS.. that I had purchased the wrong ones. First off I'm no mechanic and was never told specifically which to purchase. I bought the ones recommended by the Auto parts store, not the least expensive and not the most expensive. The only remedy the mechanic is willing to give me is to go buy all new parts, pay the difference and then pay for labor all over again. I think not!!! Didn't even offer to check and see if there was dust on the brakes... just go get new stuff and pay us again. Do not recommend!!!!

They charge excessive prices and the owner is a bad person, he doesn't treat people well.
The prices are excessive and the owner does not have to treat the clients.

Owner doesn't want to get off the phone to address paying customers for service and then allows unruly relatives to be disrespectful. This plays a business will never get one single dime for me and it's probably the reason why it's always empty no customers

The first time I went to have my car repaired there I was pleased with the service and price despite being pressured to pay 90 for an UNNECESSARY diagnostic. I took a second car there and again....SAME pressure to pay the 90 dollar diagnostic fee and because I refused the diagnostic once again I was then informed labor was 100 dollars per hour which confused me because the car I previously took in needed much more labor but was only 245. The owner is rude, arrogant, and has no sense of professionalism whatsoever and does not know how to treat his patrons. Not only was this experience dissatifying as a paying customer but also OFFENSIVE with the disrespect that was served in place of a car repair.
