Loving the spring release, really cute styles and I can actually find clothes here that aren't just a thin sheet barley covering anything like some of the other stores. I cut my hand on their sign in the dressing room because I have freakishly long arms, the cashier was nice enough to give me a band aid though. She had great customer service as well and was nice enough to place my things in the dressing room while I was still looking at other things.

I bought jeans online for Black Friday. 4 pairs. My daughter had chosen some but I knew I was picking on my own for my son & would likely have to exchange in store after Christmas for what he really wanted. I didn't save receipts because there's about 4 different tags on them so clearly they were never worn & you would think buying online there would always be record. The manager even confirmed my name when I gave her my phone number but said since the jeans were on sale she couldn't allow me to exchange or have store credit. I worked at pac sun for 3 years & still work retail 20 + years later. I told her I would accept the sale price for store credit & she said she couldn't do that either. It definitely felt like a situation that couldn't compete with todays day & age of technology & where the manager treated me as if I didn't purchase the pants myself. I made sure to show her my bank statement. She offered to show me how she couldn't help me. Needless to say. We will stop shopping online with this company and in store.

Nowhere does it say on their website that online orders cannot be returned in-store to original payment due to the holidays, yet I was only offered store credit at this location. In fact, I just checked their website return policy, and it says online orders will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for returns both in store and online and returned back to the credit card that was used. This is absolutely false advertising, and awful customer service. Now I have to return by mail AND pay $7 shipping to return, when I should’ve been able to return in-store for free. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t buy from this terrible company.

If I could give a zero I would. Absolutely worst customer service by the manager Celena. Can not believe she is a manager. Her sales reps are kinder and more helpful then she is. I have encountered her now 2 times being curt and rude.

Why doesn't the Pacsun store accept online returns? Their website says online returns will be accepted. Definitely never shopping at the Pacsun store or online. False advertising!

It was a really bad experience, the girls that are working there did not even say hello. They were having a personal conversation and I was helping my daughter, one of them just talk to us because we were ready to pay. Horrible experience and I hope we don’t have to go back again

The workers are very kind and helpful! This is my go to store and I’m a regular customer. They have a very big selection of both women’s and men’s clothing. The store is always spotless and organized.

I ordered some shoes & paid the express shipping , one week later my shoes aren’t here . Still no tracking number or eta given . Called costumer service & all he could give was the package was still located at warehouse .??♀️

Thank you Angel for helping me and my husbands daughter with back to school shopping. We had a very specific style shirt we were looking for and she came back with options for her to try on. She complimented customers she was working with too in the store. Angel is awesome!

Not to sure I purchased 2shirts and the sign said buy one and get the next one 50 percent off told the cashier he said ok but after I checked my ticket when I got home he charged me the same price as the original one not very happy with the store

I bought a green long sleeve shirt back in April for a trip I went on. During the trip I wore it and it dyed my skin green ( which took 3 days to fully get off) while I was on a trip which sucked especially since it was a long sleeve so my arms were green. I couldn't wear anything but long sleeved on my trip. I also wore it with this really cute really expensive white coat which is now ruined. And it dyed another white shirt I got from PacSun green because I packed them together. When I got back from my trip I went to take it back and Albert was the only employee when I went and he was nice but he didn't know what he was doing. He wouldn't let me return it because it's damaged but I bought it damaged. He said I could exchange it but I'm a bigger girl and there was nothing in my size when I was there so he said I could come back anytime to exchange because he understood that there wasn't much there for me. I was upset with the whole thing but I know it's not his fault, it's the company he's just following rules. So today I called and talked with the store manager Zack. I explained the whole thing very nicely because I know none of this is their fault because I work in customer service as well and he was very rude. I told him Albert said I could come and exchange it any time but he said "no, no you can't" and hung up. I come to this location all the time because PacSun clothing is great for people who are taller but I'll just find another place. I've spent hundreds here on clothing and spent $50 on those 2 shirts which they won't let me refund or exchange. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had and I'll never shop at PacSun again due to this.

Great store. This pacsun usually has a wide selection of clothing. The staff is super cool. Plus the price is reasonable for what you get. Great shirts and jeans. The clothes are very up to date and contemporary. I love this store.
