I enjoyed coming in when Ramona and Robert were working, as they were always very kind, professional and helpful to me and others. They were in sharp contrast to some of your other employees that I have dealt with in the office, namely Cookie and Audrey. I found them to be extremely rude, condescending, and impatient with the customers. They are not really cut out to be in customer service at all. I have actually discouraged friends from using this storage facility due to the poor treatment that I received from them various times. You never know who may come in to rent storage, and word of mouth carries a lot of weight here in Bakersfield. I will not be returning to this facility. I only gave one star because of Robert and Ramona, as their kindness was always much appreciated!

Over priced, won't accept credit cards without charging you and yet they can't see to make ENOUGH money. Either mail your payment early, pay the fee to use a credit card or go directly to the business. They DO NOT have the capabilities to make your payment via website/internet where as other storage companies have had this capability for quite some time!In my opinion they are greedy!

Discriminate values held against the disabled and service animal dependant at this company. Just horrible treatment and eviction over service animal on property doing nothing but his job bothering no one it's unbelievable and wrong just wrong

I love this storage facility. It’s clean, and every time I have to run in and get something inside my unit, I’ve never, not once, have ever seen any critters ( bugs). The service is friendly and if you pay for 3 months at a time you get a 10% discount. The office itself is absolutely adorable outside and inside VERY clean and inviting. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Nice clean place. Affordable too. Been here renting a 5x10 for almost a year now no issues. I pay about 135 for the 3 month discount. People at the front are pretty nice. Would highly recommend.

Helped my buddy move stuff into storage space. I like their security system to get into facility and out as well.
