Recently I had been in an accident that wasn't my fault.It was the worst day ever another car plowed into me my car smashed in on the driver's side .injured and panicked the CHP shows up and for whatever reason called this tow company and gave my key to the tow truck driver still in shock my roommate made his way to where the wreck happened.the CHP already left .The tow truck driver started trying to drag my car up with it in park myself and my roommate both pleaded with him to stop that we didn't need a tow I never asked for a tow and we told them to please unhook it we didnt need his services I have insurance with tow free on it .He refused to stop said the CHP called him so he had to tow it which was a lie .Their was zero holds on my car the accident wasn't my fault it was my car all legit with insurance and I never asked for a tow CA state law says if we asked them not to tow it even if they already came to the scene then they aren't suppose to take it .But he drug it up there anyway against us telling him not to then he says if we have 375 he will take it to my house but I didnt have that much money and I needed to go to the hospital he smirked and took off with my car on a weekend so I go to get it when they open Monday with the 350 and now it was 600 then I go back a couple of days later to take pics for insurance and offer them my title to stop charges but they wanted 1400 and my title
Which I definitely didn't have that kinda cash.
he said I could retrieve a few items from my vehicle he followed me out there and watched me like I was a criminal when I was a victim of an accident that's all I did nothing wrong and he refused to even let me take any pics for the insurance .I used my car for work I am taking care of my 3 young grandchildren due to my daughter being in the hospital I have no way to take them to school.no way to go see my daughter in the hospital I have no way to do my job I've lost everything and I did nothing wrong and these horrible people broke the law by taking my car without my permission and then charging more and more so I couldn't get it out .I was in an accident that wasn't my fault I didn't call them for a tow they towed it against what I wanted I didn't need their tow service now they have taken all I had what was left of my car these people are criminals and they are evil unhinged money hungry human beings who do not care about doing anything but burning hardworking poor people down on their luck already .its disgusting

Was recommended this service by one of their former employees named Joe. Was able to get a tow for a very decent price. The driver, David I believe his name is very professional, courteous, and fast. Would highly recommend them.

I was having issues with the thermostat in my car so of course my car was heating up...I came back from traveling and had to return my rental, so my daughter followed me to the airport and we knew that we would have to limp our baby back home. No big deal, take our time and we will her home!! We were a mile from home at 11 o'clock at night and had to pull over to let her cool down, went to start her and the battery just gave up. I called and they answered the phone right away and told me it would be at least an hour wait, no problem we aren't going anywhere anyways...He then asked for our location and being new to the area we had to google ourselves to give him the most accurate location...LOL but then he was like OH, I will have someone there in 20 minutes. In less than 20 minutes Julian (pretty sure that was he name) showed up and took us all home. He even checked the battery for us and gave it enough of a charge to start it so that we could at least get going the next morning. Appreciated the above and beyond that he gave us!! Hopefully don't need you again anytime soon, but will definitely call you guys again if we do!!! Thank you!!

Terrible tow company. The absolute worse I’ve ever been to. Very unprofessional. They have a bunch of youngsters that used to drive through the mobile home parks and look for cars to tow, and think it was a funny deal. Then, at there impound yard, they made it next to impossible for me to get my things out of the car. And when I finally jumped through all of their very unnecessary hoops that I did, and they were giving me access to the car to get my things, they told me I couldn’t take anyone back with me to help me carry my things back to the car I came in and, they wouldn’t let me drive back there. I argued with them for about 10 minutes straight, and finally a supervisor over heard the noise and asked me what was going on. I explained it to him and he made it right.. so for that supervisor, GREAT JOB!!! He did do the right thing. Good boss working for a real low rent company..!! Payless is no good..!!

Payless towing is the pinnacle of customer service when it comes to towing. The guy who picked us up name was Josh. From moment he got there he was awesome. Before he did anything he made sure my daughter and I were safely seated in the cab of his tow truck. He got my vehicle picked up very quickly . He gave us water, very nice and talkative. Dropped my vehicle off at the dealership and even gave us a ride home late at night. From the moment Payless tow picked us up in middle of nowhere of the 58 in a very dangerous spot tow was amazing. Payless has a gem 💎 of an employee in Josh. I would highly recommend Payless tow Great customer service!
