My names Henry and I bought a used car from Carvana and had instant troubles with it. I tried auto zone three times and they found nothing before switching to this pep boys location and after my first visit nick and his team were able to locate one of the many problems. Nick was helpful and informative and helped me learn a little about my car so that next time I won’t be so helpless. They went above and beyond and took multiple days thoroughly looking through my vehicle and fixing the cause of the problem instead of patching it temporarily like other mechanics have done before. All in all nick and his team at the pep boys on planz was very helpful and are life savers I wouldn’t have my car back without them. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone trust worthy

My engine light was on. They diagnosed it. And fix the problem. It cost a lot of money. But I know it would have cost the same some where else or even more. Thank you Nick and pep boys crew.

Awesome experience. I was just passing through Town on a Saturday afternoon.
Had a water pump leak. They fixed it the next day on Easter Sunday.
I was able to hit the road on Monday morning.
The Staff was Extremely Professional, Courteous and Friendly.

We are visiting the area from out of town. We called 20 minutes before closing to see if they could tell us the your code for our vehicle. We arrived just before closing and they still read the error codes for our vehicle.

Made an Appointment for State Inspection. Came to this location and got told they don’t do State Inspections on Sundays when I drove over 30 minutes AND confirmed my appointment. Why have it on the website if that’s a service you do not provide.

My breaks were making a grinding noise off & on for awhile now. It was pretty bad Easter morning & we decided to find a place open to take it to get checked. I'm glad Pep Boys on Planz was open. Awesome service by Edgar & Cade. They physically showed us what was going on with my breaks & took time to explain our options, even giving us a discount. Definitely bringing my car back again for any future issues. I'd recommend anyone to bring their vehicle here.

Worst possible service imaginable. Go anywhere for a new tire EXCEPT pep boys. 2+ hours on hold to tell me they don't have my tire after it was supposed to have been ordered last month. Daniel's customer service level was that of a prison cafeteria lunchlady.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Was waited on in a timely manner. The process was done in about 45 minutes and then I was on my way to get everything else I needed to get done.

Rebecca at Pep Boys was excellent. She is very insightful and intelligent. Her mechanics, Pedro and Jose Luis are wonderful. They communicate well and give you the service you expect. They make you feel comfortable as well. Very honest and straight forward. Highly recommend their service.
