The owner is extremely RUDE!! They get busy then she stresses out and down talks the customers! Then she was trying to be friendly when It's time to pay after insulting me. Because she wants a good tip.. I will not be returning again!!!

I went to visit for Christmas. I went in on Christmas Eve and asked for a pedicure and a full set.
My pedicure turned out okay but my full set was /is a disaster. I got my full set Christmas Eve, and my nails were already lifting by Christmas Day. I looked like I had the nails on for 2 weeks or longer already. I went back on 12/27/2023 to get them fixed and the man absolutely “ fixed “ them for free and it was the same outcome.
Half my nails didn’t even have acrylic on the full nail. Some of my nails were still lifting after he redid them. The clear coat he put on top started chipping. And now it is 01/02/2023 and one of my nails already came off. It was so porely done that it didn’t even rip my nail under. A fresh set and one of the nails come off 6 days after would ruin your natural nail. I paid $130 dollars for nails and toes that only lasted realistically 4 days. That is ridiculous.
They are nice people but they do not take pride in their work. I am furious!!! I would not recommend spending your hard earned cash there.

Didn't like the service and the prices in their list didn't match to what I was charged. I only kept getting senseless excuses as to why they were charging different. Didn't request anything out of the ordinary full set. Not planning on returning.

Let's just begin with Kevin he literally put two different acrylics on me, and when you could see the line of my fill , Helen that was supposed apply the gel tells me "it looks ombre better for you" when you could clearly see the ugly line and instead of fixing my nails she said I could put glitter on top lol. at this moment, Kevin was already mad talking mess because I said that he left my nails in different shapes thank you Google translator. She said you could put a new color and I told her I'm not gonna pay more for your mistake. No yes my nails are not so expensive but I always tip them when they do a good job. I paid my nails $25 left the salon mad because obviously they don't care to have me as a customer which I understand but I just wanted to let you guys know that this is how they are , they don't care about hard-working people that decide to treat themselves. I will never go back to the salon. One of the older ladies is super rude and Helen and Kevin you guys are not my favorite. I am a nice person. You messed up my nails and I really work hard so I can get them done. I honestly believe I shouldn't even have paid but I am not leaving without paying to let you talk s*** about me. Your job was horrible and they will never come back my nails looking like they are in different shapes and you can clearly see the two tone acrylic and how ugly they look I don't recommend this place save your money. I will be posting this on Google as well because I definitely think people should know when a salon does a horrible quality job.

I have given this place many chances due to the fast service, affordability, and welcoming environment plus nice service but the actually quality of the work is very poor. The first time I came in it went well and my nails came out simple and cute. The second time I came in the nail tech did an okay job on my nails as I requested just gel on my regular nails and they came out uneven and bulky. It wasn't too bad so i gave it another try but the third time I came to remove my gels and get a mani and the nail tech literally just used an electric filing tool to remove my gels (hence she did not soak my nails) as I came in thinking they would know the safer way to remove the gel to protect my nail. In addition, as she was removing my cuticles she also started clipping off pieces of skin on the side of my nail (which was unnecessary and more prone for infection due to open skin). I did request for her not to do that for my second hand. Very kind and genuine people but poor quality in their work.
