I took my dog Daisy. She is a 16 year old poodle weighs approximately 10 pounds. I asked for a shade like a poodle cut but less hair on the head and the tail along with a shampoo nail cut teeth brushing. I spent $80 to get Daissy groomed when I went to pick her up, she had just been shaved. Her tail was still long and shaggy. I asked if they had filed the nails after they cut them she told me yes we did and we did not charge you extra for the nail file. Normally we charge extra to file their nails after we cut them. Daissy was not groomed properly. Daissy did not look really any better than she did when I brought her in. No that is not true. Daissy did look a little bit better. She just had all of her hair on her. I wanted a poodle type cut and a clean face I got nothing but charged $80 very displeased and I felt very insulted when I mentioned the nail file. I am 70 years old if Daissy scratches my skin it tears and bleeds I normally groom Daissy all of these years by Myself And did a pretty good job. I asked her why she did not shave Daissy she said that her clippers wouldn’t do it. I feel very cheated out of my money. I did not get the service I paid for if they could not or did not know how to do a simple shave then they shouldn’t have never of taken the job. this was at PetSmart on Main Avenue across from Home Depot not very friendly people I will look for another groomer

We get our Lil yorkie groomed here and Angel his groomer is one of the best she is very knowledgeable very kind and always fits in time for our little boy love her nothing but the best work come from her work thank you Angel

I have never had a bad experience at the Ming location. Staff is always friendly! The groomers are always so nice and knowledgeable. My pet was a bit anxious at first but they were patient and took the time to let him feel comfortable and warm up to them. The grooming is excellent quality! He always comes home looking great! I will keep going to this location because of the great customer service and the love and care they put into grooming my little Maltipoo.
