Ummm... why is there only toppings on half of my pizza??? Staff was distracted and chatting and hardly paying attention to what they were doing. They also had no idea what I was talking about when I asked for vegan pizzas... like, it's on your menu. A long wait. If Subway sold pizza - this was what the process was like. I really like the idea but the execution was tense. As someone who caters to kids with food allergies I cringed. The opportunity for cross contamination is really high especially when busy.The staff seemed visibly stressed and with reason. Pizzas can't be rushed in the cooking process and you have a long line of people waiting.I really like the concept but the process needs to be improved for the mental and physical health of everyone.The pizza itself was ok, not great which is what made the wait even more disappointing and it was for a pick up. Probably about 20 mins late.

Came in for a pickup for 3 pizzas. The guy in front of me was being super rude to the young workers complaining about how they got his order wrong multiple times and he just wanted a refund now. I first thought he was overreacting because the workers looked like just kids and it’s just pizza. But then I get my order and it was way wrong. Had just pepperoni and none of the other several ingredients i chose. The girl looks at the receipt and saw it clearly listed all the other toppings it was missing, she says “idk what he was looking at. I’ll have him remake it”. I wait 15 minutes while my other 2 pizzas sit. I then get my remade pizza and it again was way wrong, had several toppings I didn’t want and was missing 5 toppings I asked for. I asked how it happened again when he was literally looking at the receipt that lists the toppings. She said she did not know and offered to make it a third time. I didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes and my families pizza get even colder so I said no and just asked for a refund. They were unable to refund me at that time because the manager was not in and they had to text her. She said it would be refunded the next day . I haven’t checked if this has been done yet. To top it off, while I was waiting, THREE separate people came in and ALL their pizzas were wrong and had to be remade. It got to the point that I couldn’t help but laugh inside. I felt like it was a hidden camera show. I wasn’t rude because again, the workers looked maybe 18 and it’s just pizza at the end of the day. And most people were understanding as well because the kids appeared very overwhelmed. But a business owner should definitely be aware when it’s operating this poorly.

We went to get dinner and the female employee greeted us by saying "ugh, people love to make orders before closing". This was not a welcoming comment. The entire time she was creating the pizzas she had an attitude. She then got a phone call for another order and she said "ugh, another one!". All 5 pizzas were burned and the customer service was very dissatisfying

First time trying and I really enjoyed the pizza. They have many different options for toppings. The service was phenomenal. Will be back again.

It was super busy and there was only 1 person working. But she was so delightful and pleasant and really tried to make everything go quickly. I was very impressed by her they should make her manager or give her a raise! I purchased 2 customs on the app and they were made right!

Went there for a gluten free pizza. Staff had knowledge about how to manipulate food without crossed contamination. They even put the pizza in the oven with a paper sheet underneath to prevent the contamination.Pizza was great on top of that.Dietary restrictions: Gluten intolerance

If you want super slow pizza under the guise of fast and fresh, this is your place! Do not expect Blaze or PizzaRev level here. Pizza’s good though. There were 3 people, one making pizza, one bossing them around, and one cleaning a juice machine all the whole orders are backing up, people were waiting 20 minutes for a 5 minute pizza, and app/online orders were piling up.Vegetarian options: Vegan cheese, vegan sausage, vegan meatballDietary restrictions: Vegan friendly

We were very impressed with both the food and the service. A member of our party had multiple food sensitivities and the staff went above and beyond in making sure everything was OK for her. They were very patient in gathering all the ingredient lists and information for us. And food itself was wonderful! We'll definitely be back.

Facility is clean, staff friendly and service is great. The pizza is fresh and delicious at a good price. Makes a great place for lunch and still have a little bit left to snack on later. Love it!

So here I was sitting down and enjoying my pizza after a long day (well the left side of it I should say)...I'm about 3 slices in when I taste nothing but pesto and char. ? The service was good and the employees were kind, and I usually have positive experiences at Pieology... But the right side of that pizza ???

Location on Calloway is the one we go too, we order on line and pick up in store, it is always ready when it says it will be and if they make a mistake we get free cookies.
