Complete sham. They have delayed my delivery date three times now, from September 5th to September 12th to now the 17th.
The outsourced customer service don't understand anything about the US, and as polite as they are the customer service representatives are useless for fixing these delays.
I would recommend any other service besides PODS if you are moving and want accurate information.

PODS are a great way to move if you dont mind the cost. It is an expensive service. With the 25% off coupon the cost to move from Chicgo to CA was $4,500 for a Large Pod. This is only the cost of the POD and not any additional labor to help load it.
The drivers were on time when delivering and picking up the Pod. The website was easy to use and they kept me informed the entire time. Something else that was really cool to find was a clothing rod inside the pod to hang your closet items on.

Very easy to handle complete process online. Communication excellent. Pod was in excellent condition. No contact delivery and pickup was very helpful. First time user. Pricing was clear and fare. Would highly recommend using PODS for your needs.

I’ve used PODS twice to move an entire household. Every part of the experience is professional and perfectly done. Customer service reps are knowledgeable and professional and your call gets answered quickly. I had to reschedule a couple of times and it was handled quickly and without issue. The drivers are amazing. They call when on the way. They are able to place the POD no matter what the circumstances. They traveled up a crazy canyon with that huge truck and down a dirt road to get to us. They’re very prompt.
All in all, I cannot recommend more highly. PODS is the best company out there. They made a very stressful situation much easier.

Customer service sucks they need to do better. Nobody on the other side of they phone service understands. I called to access my POD to get some items out which they stated would not be a problem. I went on the day to access my POD I was told I was not on the list. PODS needs to do better and get English speaking representatives.

Ordered a pod to be delivered in the morning and picked up the next day in the afternoon. They delivered it on time but changed the picked up time to the next morning and I couldnt change it. Spoke to representative and told me they cant guarantee times (even though when i ordered it they said i could get afternoon window) was then delayed by 5 days due to scheduling issues. Overall a complete disaster and would not recommend. They were not flexible at all. They did help cancel my order

Quote over the phone was pretty clear and wasn't surprised the following months with any additional hidden costs. Prior to the pod being delivered the driver called to insure I would be home and get and exact location on placement. It was set up very quickly (10 min) and even insured that once placed it wouldn't gobbled. Pick up was even smoother!!

We are working to move out of the state and made a reservation with PODS. During the reservation process, we were told we could reschedule anytime, no problem and no extra fees. We received the email notice regarding our delivery coming soon and at this point we are just not ready for it. We tried calling with no answer, very long hold times that result in the call being dropped, to emailing twice trying to get a hold of anybody in their customer care team for 3 days straight. We were unable to reach anyone until the morning of the delivery date and the guy was horrible. His attitude sucked, his customer service sucked. He sounded either high or just didn't care. He notified us that there would be a fee to reschedule and that was the tipping point. We cancelled. DO NOT schedule with PODS. DO NOT CALL FOR A QUOTE, they scam you into reserving when they give you the quote. This company is horrible!

From initial contact to pick-up of my empty PODS, I had a great experience. All of my drivers made to answer all my questions and what I needed to do to have a smooth move. I will definitely use PODS again.
