Ordered a pod to be delivered in the morning and picked up the next day in the afternoon. They delivered it on time but changed the picked up time to the next morning and I couldnt change it. Spoke to representative and told me they cant guarantee times (even though when i ordered it they said i could get afternoon window) was then delayed by 5 days due to scheduling issues. Overall a complete disaster and would not recommend. They were not flexible at all. They did help cancel my order

Quote over the phone was pretty clear and wasn't surprised the following months with any additional hidden costs. Prior to the pod being delivered the driver called to insure I would be home and get and exact location on placement. It was set up very quickly (10 min) and even insured that once placed it wouldn't gobbled. Pick up was even smoother!!

We are working to move out of the state and made a reservation with PODS. During the reservation process, we were told we could reschedule anytime, no problem and no extra fees. We received the email notice regarding our delivery coming soon and at this point we are just not ready for it. We tried calling with no answer, very long hold times that result in the call being dropped, to emailing twice trying to get a hold of anybody in their customer care team for 3 days straight. We were unable to reach anyone until the morning of the delivery date and the guy was horrible. His attitude sucked, his customer service sucked. He sounded either high or just didn't care. He notified us that there would be a fee to reschedule and that was the tipping point. We cancelled. DO NOT schedule with PODS. DO NOT CALL FOR A QUOTE, they scam you into reserving when they give you the quote. This company is horrible!

From initial contact to pick-up of my empty PODS, I had a great experience. All of my drivers made to answer all my questions and what I needed to do to have a smooth move. I will definitely use PODS again.

I like that the cost of my move from Colorado to California was comparable to renting a truck, less expensive than a conventional moving service because I packed and loaded myself, and best of all, as an inexperienced truck driver, I didn't have to drive a moving truck. The experience on a whole, was easy and efficient. The order personnel were extremely intuitive, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the pickup and delivery folks were friendly, informative, and professionally skilled,

PODS charged me what I was supposed to be charged, there were no surprises on that end. However I moved from California to Oklahoma and had to have it in storage while I found a house. From my understanding,the POD was supposed to be put into a storage facility in Oklahoma City so it wouldn't take as long to deliver. When I called to have it delivered, they had left it in California the whole time. And I ended up sleeping on the floor of my house for 4 days with nothing. They didn't offer any discounts, nothing, they literally said oops. IF I order from PODS again, I will definitely be calling more for clarification.

I’ve had my POD for an extended time at a fixed monthly rate. They’re telling me they need to increase my monthly rental rate now almost 10 months later to due service costs? What service costs? It’s literally a box that sits in my driveway with 0 maintenance. Another example of a company gouging the customer. Buyer beware

A friend told me about PODS as my new home was not going to be available for a few weeks after I sold my house. As it was last minute, PODS did not drop off their containers but I managed to take my items to their warehouse and they provided me with three PODS to put my items in. The next day, they claimed that one of the PODS cannot be found in their storage and later on they refused to admit that they had provided me with a third container. Hence, I have lost extremely valuable items including many antiques and several irreplaceable personal ones. If you do use this company, make sure you document everything including taking pictures of the actual containers and recording the actual container numbers. I suspect there maybe ideas of theft in the mind of several employees there.

We were forced to make a triple move while building a new home - PODs was the obvious solution - the whole process was so efficient and our furniture was stored at the local PODs facility in a climate controlled environment - out of the heat ! Phone communication was excellent from the office staff to the drivers delivering/picking up the PODs - would certainly use PODs again
