“I am very happy with the staff at Bakersfield Suburban Propane. Donny and Sal are the technicians that came to my house in Tehachapi. They are both friendly and professional. I needed to move my propane tank and they told me they could it no problem. Donny arrived and got the tank moved and reconnected in a hour. I will continue to be a customer and recommend anyone to give them consideration if looking for a propane company.”

“Everyone there was always extremely helpful and always looked after me and my needs. One of the times I rented a truck from them they noticed one of the tires was low and had maintenance check it. When maintenance looked at it they found it was because the tire has a nail and needed to be fixed. So they fixed it. I got delayed leaving that day but I saved having to call a tow truck on the road for a flat tire tow. I'm extremely satisfied with them. They're all wonderful!!!”

“Went in here for some advice on what welder/equipment to purchase for a home shop. James and the rest of the staff could not have been more helpful. Even though I was just buying as a home hobby/shop type application, he went out of his way to answer all my novice questions and help me pick the right machine. They didn't have a condescending attitude about me being a novice which often times seems to go with the territory with places like this. I went ahead and bought a full set up. Sometimes it's worth it to go down and talk to the experts vs ordering off Amazon or wherever. Plus, now I've got a great place to go for service and advice down the road. I fully recommend buying your welding gear here.”

“Can't say enough about the exceptional service I received from the manager Jose ! I had rented a 20 ft truck that turned out to be too small for what I needed for my move. Went in the next morning to try to upgrade to a 26 ft truck . With little time for my moving deadline and funds already stretched thin, Jose was able to get me into the only 26ft they had left and worked things out that really helped my night and save !! He was kind, very professional, and got me back on the move quickly. If you have UHaul needs , go see the team over on Southside UHaul on Union. They are phenomenal! Thanks again Jose ?”
