Naomi (spelling wrong) is by far the best at drawing blood! I have been fortunate to have had her do my blood draw on several occasions and she is always so gentle with the needle. She was at the San Dimas location and is now at the Quest on 17th St. I was so happy when I seen she would be drawing my blood at my last visit. As usual she did an amazing job, as pain free as possible when inserting the needle. I wish they still had the San Dimas location as it was more convenient for me.

Please be prepared to deal with several unprofessional workers. I signed in on the computer-no human in sight. The supervisor named Abel said that I was in the computer. 45 minutes later, I asked another worker. She said my name wasn't there and to re-sign in. I did. The computer said that I was signed in, again, and to sit int the lobby. 45 minutes later they said I was still not on the standby list. I spoke to the supervisor, and he tells me I signed in wrong. Why didn't they help me sooner!! It was a complete waste of time. The supervisor would only give me his first name, Abel. The whole time my son had been fasting. Horrible business. This happened today, 4/16/25 from 8:15 to about 10a. Very unprofessional. I would recommend LabCorp or Westpac.

Staff is very rude and aggressive with people asking for assistance or even trying to get on the standby list. Constantly saying they’re extremely busy and backed up despite all the chatting and laughing they do just on the other side of the door. Very frustrating seeing minimal appointments coming in and the staff refusing to call people back. They rush patients saying “I need you to hurry I’m about to take my lunch” meanwhile they move like turtles. Go to literally ANY other location, even people with appointments don’t get called back on time.

I discovered this lab during the Pandemic and have continued to appreciate the kindness and efficiency of the staff. However, in the past year the office waiting room has become overwhelming crowded with many more patients than the tiny space can accommodate comfortably. The last time I was there, an elderly woman with a cane was left standing until a young mother offered her a chair. I make an appointment and wait outside until it’s my turn. For many, this isn’t an option. Please consider finding a larger facility or build another to accommodate the downtown area. . I don’t want to lose this gem of a Quest Lab!
**(I would give the staff “5 Stars”)!

Can not get ahold of them for nothing. Even the doctors could not.

It was a terrible experience, I came at 10 am preceded to wait until 3:20 pm or more. They will make you wait unnecessarily

Not user friendly. The check in method is inconvenient for people who were not tech savvy. Some took 13 minutes to use the system (I helped them) and made me late for mine, and I was turned away. I did not receive check in links for either appointment.
No one available to help a full lobby of people with questions.
Everyone leaves to lunch at the same time and 5 people waiting were turned away. They should take turns and keep the doors open to help, not inconvenience people.
The staff were skilled and friendly.

Rude and disrespectful I will never go back to this location again. Brimhall location is so much better.

I’ve been to this location many times & it’s always gone great. I can use a link to check in & wait in my car if I choose to. The staff has always been welcoming & great to deal with. I highly recommend the 17th Street location for their staff.

There is a sign that says walk ins are welcome right on the door. Guess what? Walk ins are not welcome. Phlebotomist was also rude in letting me know.

The lab tech I didn't get her name, but she's always there and she's wonderful. She's very professional and quick. I was seen about 2:40 pm. Anyways, her professionalism makes this place a great place to get labs done. I went to the 17th street location in Bakersfield CA. Give her a raise. She might be the Manager?

If I had an appointment there's no reason to make me wait longer than 15 minutes
