The website has been down for days so you cannot make an appt. online. I have called to set an appt. It’s automated with no way to make an appt. I went to the Brimhall location and there is no way to set an appt or anyone to help you. Three ways I have tried to get my blood work done. This is extremely frustrating when you have to fast and not take your meds and you have no way of setting up a time. There is no customer service.

I was stressing so badly about having to take my newborn in for bili labs and it was a stat order but the list for patients was long…huge shoutout to Tish because she saw me struggle bussing it in there and she brought me and my baby back and she was so good at being calm and kind and compassionate! Not to mention getting a lab for a newborn is no easy task and she knocked it out and put me at ease! Thank you so much for being so kind, Tish! I’ll never forget your kindness!

It was easy to schedule an appointment through the app. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The app also makes it easy to see your current and past lab results and compare them.

I like this location, I was in and out quickly and the employee are respectful. I will go back to this one when i need blood work again. It is a little far but the first quest I went to was awful. The 17th street location is disrespectful and take a very long time. Just check there reviews. I just left that location and whent to this one.

Don't bother coming in any time after 3. Sign in and wait with one person ahead and come 4 they shut down and tell you to leave. I do not recommend at all.
