I stopped by Quick Lane Tire after getting a flat nearby, hoping for a quick fix and to be on my way. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I waited over an hour before being told my tire couldn’t be repaired and that I needed a new one. When I said I’d handle it elsewhere and asked for my spare to be installed instead, they claimed they couldn’t do it due to “wear and tear” — even though my spare is practically new.
It felt like they were more focused on selling me new tires than actually helping me get back on the road. After I declined, they put my flat tire back on and returned my keys only once the tire was half deflated, leaving me unable to drive more than around the corner before I had to change it myself.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Very disappointing experience — I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for honest or efficient service.

I got my air filter replaced in March at this location. Ever since, there has been a weird thump sound every time the air came on, and it kept getting louder. I went back to this same Ford to get my car checked out. I was wondering if something could have gone wrong with the installation. The guy who assisted was nice but did not check the filter set up. He told me it was the recirculation damper and that it would cost $2300 to fix my car. I decided to go to a different mechanic and told him the same thing. He quickly checked and saw that the filter was improperly installed. I take my car because I expect good work and treatment for my car, so it lasts as long as possible. I am very disappointed with the quality of work at this auto center.

They got me in right away. I was helped by Ida. Her customer service is top notch and she’s certainly knows her job! I got my recommended service based on the mileage I was at. I couldn’t believe the price. It was much lower than I expected. Definitely recommended. I was also advised that they service other makes as well.

I’ve been coming to this place couple of times now and so far no complaints in terms of wrench work or customer services. In fact I had issue unlocking my truck and one of the employees went across the street (I believe) and got a slim Jim and got it open for me so that was awesome. It’s a first come first serve so I’d recommend coming early especially if you need little extra work on vehicle. Only negative thing if anything is parking can be a tight squeeze if you have big truck/SUV.

Tstat seized and blew out coolant hose while climbing hill out of Bakersfield leaving me stranded on highway in 110 degree heat. Got towed and dropped off here on Thursday night. Jose recommended a hotel and even paid for the Lyft to get me there. Despite being swamped with work Jose was able to get me back on the road by 4 pm Friday. Great service. Really appreciate their efforts

I visited this service center three weeks ago for a coolant change. Initially, everything seemed fine until a leak developed last week. Despite living in Delano, which is a bit of a drive, the responsiveness of the shop was commendable. They promptly dispatched a technician to inspect the issue. The technician quickly identified and acknowledged the mistake made during the initial service. The following day, they efficiently repaired my 2017 Ford Fusion and even generously topped off my gas tank. A week has passed since the repair, and my car is performing better than ever. I definitely plan on returning to this shop for future services. See below from the initial leak to smoothly commuting to work, school, and back home.

We had the check engine light come on while driving I5 in the late afternoon. We called Ford & they told us to come in the next morning at 7:00 am. Matthew M. was so knowledgeable & gave great customer service. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, & we were on our way! First class dealership. Thank you so much.
