Opened an account here in July of 2021. This is my 2nd bank account the other is with Wells Fargo but definitely I'm treated 10 times better here than at Wells Fargo. Every time I've come in I've never experienced anyone in line as in other banks. I've never asked but several times I've been attended by the branch manager and she's always been fantastic taking me into to her office to attend of my banking needs. They have many branches throughout California which is a great plus 4 me and why I chose them as my 2nd bank

Worst bank service since they changed the name from Rabobank. Atm's never work at all locations but this one is by far the worst. I will be changing banks in the near future for sure

White Lane Branch worst banking service I have ever seen but I guess you have good banking service you actually have to have some people working there?

After one encounter with the Vice President of this branch, Susan Bogosian, you will want to switch all your accounts to Rabobank. From the second you walk in the door you are greeted with a warm smile and treated like family. Every associate is extremely personable and are always there to provide exceptional customer service.

I have been banking with Rabobank for 10 years. They have always been so helpful. When I needed anything Chaz was always willing to help. Lately Destiny has been able to help me. Always greet me by name and pleasant everything. I couldn't ask for a better bank. All locations are great, I just use Gosford more often.

So done with Rabobank. I'd honestly like to know if there is training involved in the hiring process. We've banked with them longer than I'd like to admit. My husbands busy life, multiple accounts etc have made switching banks a dreaded process up until today. We sold our house & moved out of the city. We had a check for $100k delivered to my father in law and he deposited it in the bank for us. However many times he told them(& the check CLEARLY stated), they never ever understood that he was the FATHER(jr.) depositing for his SON(the 3rd) different names printed on DL, checks, accts. These people deposited over $100k into a CLOSED ACCT. that was NOT ours. We were like, where the eff is our money?! 3days later & over the weekend we baby stepped them thru their mistakes and now we will take all our money and go elsewhere. Today, I want to raise my limit for the day(as I have multiple times in the last month) so I call customer service(see attached pic!) on the back of MY debit card with MY name on it. No problems. Later today, I call again to let them know I'm charging more and to raise it again. They say I'm not on the acct. tf? I JUST called hours ago now this lady in Bakersfield is saying that my name is NOT on the acct but I have a debit card. Bye.

I would stay away from Hanford branch. Not helpful and confusing. Arroyo Grande with Nicole is much better. Stick with the coast!

I have been using this bank for almost 20 years and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure all was good in my account . I cannot give any higher praise for the good work they have done!
