Room 107 had hair in the beds then woke up to find roaches in the bathtub moved to a different room on the 4th floor water from faucet was coming out black hair was found on the beds also then bums walking around the hotel. Towels were extremely dingy & they force you to get room service after 3days of not having room service.

The room was good but it smelled like confinement. Half weak breakfast.The attention of the frontdesk staff is excellent.

I love this place. Friendly, clean, and fairly reasonably priced...rooms are big and beds are soft. No complaints on cleaness or staff. Only issue this time was all the kids crying and screaming on the top floor... I had a Jacuzzi room so I couldn't move floors, but other than the noice, it's an exceptional place to stay.

I had no issues really with this hotel besides them keeping my 100 dollar deposits over two towels that had “stains” on them that seems a little extreme especially after staying at a different one prior to this one and using their towels for an accident my dog made and still they gave me my deposit back idk 100 dollars for two towels doesn’t seem worth it I’d check into this place more before choosing it

Walked in for our reservation. Building needed repairs and upon checking the room we found a cocroach. Requested a refund and left. Now we fight for a full refund.

Homeless people doing drugs in shrub area, couldn’t find any staff at front desk to report it to….. I parked my work truck in front right by camera because of this. But that didn’t stop someone from breaking into my truck box and stealing tools. Staff didn’t want to call police, so I did. Had to force staff to look at video to see who did it for police report. Then staff tried to say it wasn’t their parking lot!Safety: Do not stay here! Not safe!

There are water damage(paint peeling, bubbling off the wall) and to the rooms and water was seeping from the floor. Bath faucet was not able to turn off completely. The building is close to the freeway and there are traffic noise through the night.Rooms: Water was seeping through the floor and pooling. They send maintenance to mop up the pool of water and maintenance told us they will bring more towels but never returned.I ended up going to the front desk to get more towels to lay over the bathroom floor so we won't slip on the water seeping from the floor.Food & drinks: Breakfast was overran with 40+ people and we were not able to get the food we wanted.

My experience was not the best. Found dead roach in bathroom. Also had previous occupants hair all over shower/tub area. We had no water service for 3 hours on Tuesday. Numerous electrical outlets did not work. Just not a good time.

Homeless will beg you for money when they aren’t using drugs in the parking lot. If you have a business card they will not allow you to stay. They use the same luggage racks that you use for your items to take out the trash that leaks. Bugs walk through the lobby like they own the place.I tried to stay with a business credit card and because my name was not an LLC they would not allow me to stay.I closed my Wyndham account because of this hotel.

It's been a nightmare trying to get my money back from this hotel after accidentally canceling my room through Expedia literally minutes after booking. They have repeatedly refused to give a waiver for a refund, even though I've paid TWICE for the same room (once through Expedia and once in-person). They keep saying "it's a non-refundable, that's the policy". I understand it's the policy, but that's why there's waivers in place. What does it take for you to accept the waiver and give loyal customers their money back?This is absolutely the worst hotel I've experienced. I still haven't received a refund for the double payment. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Two star hotel, clean and not costly. Breakfast is included, but i found that a litte less then normal. Great swimming pool though.Food & drinks: Simpel breakfast, nothing fancy.Noteworthy details: Swimming pool.

Very bad area, receptionist not too friendly. I stayed in room 201 backboard kept falling off the wall and room was dirty also stains on sheets. My Truck was broken into they tried to steal it but couldn't but my key hole area was damaged due to the thieves trying to turn in the truck with a screw driver. 2 other cars were broken into as well the same night. This hotel is not a good place to stay at or to bring your family. I will never come here again.

Checked in, went up to room, and saw the biggest roach or beetle I’ve ever seen. Didn’t even unpack, went down to the front desk to let them know and ask for a refund and was told I had to go through corporate which was already a red flag but the lady assured me it would be a 24 hour process and I’d have my money back. I contact corporate and was told I had to wait a week, they’d investigate and get back to me no later than 7 days. We’re almost 2 weeks out now and I haven’t been contacted nor have they refunded me. Trash location and trash chain. Spend a couple more bucks and go to a place that has some respect for their clients and their company. Would rate 0 stars if I could. ?

I'm very upset with this place because it is a place I usually go to when i'm in town to see my dad. During my first night here when we came back to our room there was a huge puddle leaking from the restroom ceiling in which the only thing the front desk did when being called was bring extra towels... I brushed it off and went to sleep then woke up the next morning super itchy with bites on my leg. This place definitely has bed bugs. I would not recommend staying here, the rooms are definitely run down from what they use to be. It's not in the best area either considering the front desk warns people about people breaking into cars here. Very disappointed and upset.

Management is shady as all get-out and won’t honor the cancellation policy that was published on our reservation details. Instead, they are inflexible and refuse to fix the situation. They told us to call corporate and or call and put a dispute in with our credit card. Oh, don’t worry, we already have.Not only that, their published policy for when they will charge the card for the reservation says up to 48 hours in advance, and we were charged 3 days in advance. They say they will possibly charge a $200 deposit up to two weeks in advance of your reservation as well. Circumstances changed, preventing us from staying here, and given this experience, now we never will.
