Been “out of” cake cones for 2 weeks and most of the ice creams are gone, including the mint chocolate chip. I’ll definitely be finding myself a new Rite Aid. This one’s obviously done for.

The staff are terrific, but the clientele has gone downhill immensely.
I watched a man walk out with a drink and a little bag of chips and just raise his hand to the lady like he was gonna hit her and he walked out the door
What a jerk
Apparently, he is a regular occurrence

Rite Aid pharmacy service is not good very expensive. They will not except RX coupon. They said it was down and then they said the managers not here. They didn’t get the story straight. Customer service is not good. I will not recommend coming here. The weight is long too. /Update the Rite Aid manager did help me. I did get a coupon for my prescription from $45 and only cost me eight dollars and change so I’m really glad I was help and cared for. So from Monstar, I give them a five stars because she did help me at the end.

Pharmacy employees are always rude and in a rush to get you out of their face or off the phone. No matter how polite you are. They just have the most sour attitudes… switching pharmacies because I’m one more interaction away from telling them all about themselves.

There's so much stuff in the store having a bus station and a lot of homeless people hanging around. Many of the items are locked away. Many of the items that I wanted were not even visible.

Shelves are empty! Are they going out of business with the other Rite Aid store?

Every time I come in here, the shelves are empty. The first time I pulled up, I thought they were getting shut down or got robbed. The cashier tells me they are having trouble getting shipments in. For how long? It has been months. Rite Aid, are you good? Because if Target and them, got the items, what is the hold up? Restock the shelves.

Store is a giant footprint with a lot of empty shelves in every department. Cannot rely on this store for any product. It’s a shame because this part of town is a grocery / healthcare / cosmetic products desert.

I called this location specifically 10 minutes before arriving to make sure their ice cream station was open and I spoke to margarita. She let me know it was open, so once I arrived it as 8:04pm. A young lady with curly hair, and glasses was at the ice cream station and told us she had just closed it. I used to work for rite aid and we weren’t supposed to close ice cream station until closing time. Very unprofessional of them! This is the second time I’ve come to this location just to find out the ice cream station was closed. Management needs to do better along with the supervisors.
