Well passed 8:00am and the doors are still closed. However, I was made aware that the store would close in 15 minutes last night promptly at 8:00pm so I would have to pick up my prescription the next morning. We'll, I'm not having luck with that either.

THEY ARE THE WORSE RITE AID I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY HAVE GIVEN ME ISSUES WITH MEDICATIONS IN THE PAST. THEY DON'T COMMUNICATE PROPERLY. SOMETIMES THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE DISTRESS THEY HAVE GIVEN ME. NOR I DO I THINK THEY EVEN CARE ABOUT ANY OTHER PATIENTS NEEDS.

No product on shelves. Little staff working. I saw a manager talking on the phone in the middle of the aisle but didn't offer to help. Had to wait at cash register to check out, no one came so I hunted down an employee. I asked her for the issues I could find and was told no vendors want to deal with the company...poor excuse for customer service

They was supposed to deliver medicine today but sent a fake text message say deliver unsuccessful with the name Jessica however I have cameras all over so if someone would of showed we will know plus we usually get a phone call when there here but on top of that this is the worst riteaid in bakersfield ca one time the lady wouldn't give me a breathing machine cause of my insurance bur it was covered this place has issues

a really bad pharmacy you can get soda in all colors but nothing against sunburn. The staff have no idea what is where and the medical staff hides behind the counter and doesn't move. this pharmacy reflects exactly the area it is in. It would be nice to focus on medical services again and refill meds instead of stocking tons of candy and soft drinks and frozen food. every walmart has a better meds department.

The pharmacy is super slow, I called and got put on hold for 7 minutes, Then the lady was rude when talking to me! They take hours just to fill one prescription! ?

It is the worst pharmacy, they always take a long time, but today it was the extreme, almost 24 hours to pick up my 5-year-old son's medicine. I said that in an hour, I went again that in an hour I let more than 3 hours pass to return and it left me half an hour more.
Terrible service, this is the last time I order medicine there

I went in for my daily ice cream and the employees had a great attitude. The new manager was kind and he gave good scoops of ice cream. I recommend this rite out of all of them.

No baskets not even the ones that you can hold with your hand. Nobody wants to help you. They have people come in constantly and just take stuff but what do you do when nobody will help you. They act like your invisible most the time. And there's times I wait for a ex that's ready for 30 minutes very rude pharmacy staff and I mean it. This place is terrible. Still the slowest place on earth to pick up a prescription. Slow slow slow slow slow . Pick up the pace. My 90 year old grandpa moves faster than y'all. Nobody in the drive thru and still a twenty minute wait ...... explain that cause it's Everytime zero stars
