Never ready. I receive several texts that my medication is ready for pick up but when I get there they say they are still filling my prescription. It happens every month. I'm already looking for another pharmacy to fill my prescriptions.

Pharmacy never has meds ready always come back in 1 hr or next day. Employees in pharmacy are extremely unprofessional.

Ride aid
This place never calls you
They have a “machine that sends out reminders for picks up” or
“that calls you”. Either way you must call to check.
They depend on the machine to contact the patient .. even tho the machine isn’t doing its job….to contact the patient that their order is ready ..
3 stars just because the wait isn’t as bad as the cvs on mount vernon.

Horrible customer service. Went in to purchase some gallons of ice cream for my grandkids. The cashier was so rude and made it obvious she didn’t want to answer any questions. Fine, then the other employee walked up she had a look on her face like she was about to curse out the world. Awful energy and attitudes in this store. Will drive across town next time my grandkids want ice cream rather than to deal with miserable employees. Theres enough going on in the world..being treated like crap when you’re spending your hard earned money is not acceptable

If I could I would've give them a one star. I asked to use the restroom and immediately the employees gave me bad attitude. Then I went to get a double scoop ice cream and I was waiting a long time. Finally when I got my ice cream they gave me a really small ice cream. They didn't even fill the scoops all the way they gave me half scoops. I recommend the rite aid on airport drive it's way better.

This is the WORST Rite Aid ever!!! Every time I go they’re so slow even at non rush hours. I’m always attended with a sluggish attitude. The fact this rite aid has 2 star ratings is truly a
miraculous act of mercy

My experience is the same as those noted above - just plain terrible. One is told that the prescription process has been started or the medication is ready to be picked up. Neither is the case. There is much better service elsewhere.

This pharmacy needs to have better comunication,, they are rediculous, someone will tell you they have your medicine and you can pick up tomorrow, then when I try to get it the next day they say they are out and can't fill your perscription. They always act confused when you ask about something and have to go ask and take forever to get back to you.

Horrible customer service by one employee at the pharmacy. Called to speak with the pharmacy and was greeted with a rude attitude and snobby responses. Have never had a problem before with the pharmacy, but the woman that was working today needs to learn some damn customer service skills.

It'sALWAYS PACKED don't get your medicine here if u need it the day of please find a better location because it'll take 2/3 days to fill not only that they don't ever answer the phone & when they do they leave u on hold & hang up . The younger girls at the window always have a stank look on their faces . Just horrible service at the PHARMACY!
