really has gone downhill. very very rude & unprofessional. ALWAYS have an issue when using the drive-thru. changing pharmacies completely after todays visit.

This pharmacy has really gone down hill. Their messaging system isnt always working. Today I waited 20 min in drive thru to pick up a prescription and no one would answer the call. I didnt go during the lunch hour either. A simple, hey its going to be a few minutes goes a long way but no acknowledgement. I pushed the button several times.

I dropped off prescription on Tuesday & they said they would call me when the prescription was ready. I stopped by the store to pick up my prescription & was told it wasn’t ready? So I was told they needed my social security number before they could give my medicine. I was slightly upset. I took my prescription to them because I NEED THAT MEDICINE!” I was then told they didn’t know how long it would take to fill it! I said to them “you have my cell number, why didn’t you just call me?” I left b4 they could answer. If that had been a medicine that I “ NEEDED TO HAVE” I would have been screwed. Disappointed !

Ever hear of a pharmacy that doesn’t keep a stocked inventory knowing that they have customers that have a monthly refill? Well you’ve found one. Do yourself a favor and avoid the frustration of a monthly refill excuse of “it’s not in stock so we have to order it”. Find somewhere else that you can just keep your medication cycle on a routine without interruption or headache.

Pharmacy takes forever and have poor customer service. Text alerts for medication pickup are not accurate because when arriving to pick up your medication it's not ready.

It is really hard to shop here. I watched people stealing and just walking out the door. I am afraid to park my car here. I would be equally as terrified to have to work here! It is not a safe environment, trust me! Enter at your own risk.

Usually this rite aid is decent with filling medications and calling you when ready but the last two times (within 2 days) they have not had my medications filled HOURS later after they have been called in. They also have not called me when ready. The younger, dark haired girl working in pharmacy at pick up is not very friendly as well.
