They have very little of anything in stock. Every time I go I call to make sure they have things and they never have them when I get there. Always end up having to go to Sullys. And their liquor is blocked off looks ghetto.

It is nice to be pleasantly greeted upon entry. Customer service is top notch, store is clean and the shelves were organized and stocked. Th employees appear to really enjoy their job as it shows. Great job Rite Aid Old River location

I like shopping at rite aid. It's usually quick and easy. Whenever I go to a rite aid I look for their end cap that has 75% off. You just never know what you might find. That makes it fun.

It isn't as bad as people say it is. I've been to this rite-aid lots of times since its opening in about 2016, and most if not all trips there were superb. The service is great, i'll occasionally be given a "Welcome in", and theres also a great variety of different stuff here. I have an open selection. Ice cream is also very good here, and last time i came here i got 5 free cones because they were out of stock. (Usually not out of stock.) You don't get a bang for your buck, but it is still convenient. Value could be better but I don't mind. Thrifty ice cream is always good there! I will definitely be keeping going to this place.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too, unfortunately It's convenient because I live around the corner. I can never just pick up a prescription. I have to call multiple times and ask them to fill it. Most recently after being injured, it took them 2 days to fill my medication. Constant run around. Talk to one person and they say they have put in insurance info, i don't hear back from them so I call again and have to give them the info all over again because the previous person never inputted it. Switching pharmacies. Would rather drive 15 miles than deal with this place.

This is the only store I go to regularly. I'm not a fan of public places and this store is my favorite. Everyone is always friendly and I usually can get anything I need there. I love this store!

There are a few girls in the pharmacy that seriously need to get some customer service skills. Manjit is definitely one of them. I went through the drive-through to pick up my meds and I sat there patiently after buzzing the buzzer for five minutes I watched a man walk up to the counter. She helped him then she went back to doing whatever it was she was doing in the meantime there are cars forming in a line behind me. I watched another customer come to the register, and she began to help her at this point. I press the buzzer three or four times and actually knocked on the window. The customer at the register notified her that I was calling her over. After this. Manjit proceeded to argue with me that those two people were there before me, and that I did not ring the bell. I think if your bell does not work, perhaps you should instruct your employees to occasionally look over to see if there’s anyone in the drive-through. I have been in the store. You can see the drive-through from multiple spots. The actual pharmacist even looked over at me shortly after I arrived. Not to mention I think that when giving somebody a medication you should at least verify with them of what they’re picking up so you can make sure that it is the right items that they wanted. Instead of just throwing everything in a bag and handing it to them after they pay. Seems like poor patient care. Do better!

BEWARE! I was shopping for some shampoo and I saw a rat hiding behind one of the tubs. I never would have thought an establishment like this would not take care of their own store. I confronted the manager and told him about the rat. He told me to take him where I saw it so I did. The rat wasn't there anymore and the manager called me a liar and told me to leave the store. I cant believe they would let people like this manage a store, who do not believe customers and do not care about a rat problem. Never shopping here again.

This new location never has ice cream in stock!!! It's the only rite aid also that closes and won't serve ice cream past 9 o clock because they never have tubs in stock!! The one in market place is the best!

Rite Aid - Convenient, Quick, Costs are low, Caring, Clean, and quality customer service. If you live far out as I do, this location is my best choice for my pharmaceutical needs. Very friendly.

Take almost whole day even 2 days to make medicine like actually they are making medicine, they should know antibiotics have the order to be started on same day

I just spent 45 minutes in the drive thru. My order was apparently ready. I finally get to the front and one of the pharmacists (I can barely hear her through microphone) tells me that the order isn't ready and it is gonna be another 15 minutes. Idk how their pharmacy is run but no one should ever be spending that long in the pharmacy drive thru. Ridiculous. I go in to talk to someone over the counter. Then, they tell me that my Benadryl is out of stock. THEN, one of the other pharmacists says no we have some in stock. I am then told to wait another 10 minutes. Terrible. No wonder this place has 2 stars...
