Don't get a unit with this company, i had three units it was JACO mini storage I was behind one mouth they where always good to me. They allowed me to make payments so i could get caught up. But when StoreWell took over it was on a forth of July weekend my wife's card would not work they didn't alow cash payments and they wanted all three paid at the same time plus the next month so I wasn't able to make the rent for another month. I was not able to come up with all three payments but if I called the automated system it wanted me to pay each one separately so I paid the first one. They told me that I wouldn't be allowed in the facility until they where all paid and if they had gotten the new gate done sooner they would have keeped there work they asked when would I be paying the other two and I gave them a date but it was the wrong date , a week before I would actually have that payment so on the day that it was due they sold the two unit's I went and moved my stuff out by the third they are continuing to bill me for that unit. Even when I talked to them they said they would just bill me for the three days... Don't get a unit with them

This is a nice storage place; however, the unit prices are so high in comparison to other storage companies. I had a 10X15 and they recently raised their prices to $175 for that space. That’s ridiculous!

Personally I think it’s criminal that they can raise the rent twice in a matter of months approximately $40 each time. I have two so my rental fees have gone up $160 in one year. Just like everything and everyone else to jump on the bandwagon it’s Gouging at its finest.

Kassandra is super attentive to new and long term storage renters, which can be rare. I’ve rented here for 6 years upon moving across + then leaving the country and they’ve been perfect.

Kassandra was very helpful with getting us set up with a storage unit. She provided snacks/beverages as we were filling out the paperwork. She took us down to see the storage unit before we made the rental purchase. The facility is very well taken care of and in good shape. If you are in need of renting a storage space this is the place to go.

Kassandra was incredibly helpful getting me set up with a unit. I had my 4 year old with me and she had coloring pages, snacks, and water to keep him busy while I was filling out paperwork. The facility is in a good part of town and very well taken care of.

1 star with pics? We can see the food you stored! Time to own up to your mistake.
Because this place is always clean! I have never seen a piece of trash on property not 1 ever! Management is helpful and they will accommodate by laughing at my dumb jokes. Process is painless and quick.
