My favorite Ross in Bakersfield. Always lots of good deals. Never have to wait in line long and staff is always amazing. Always a friendly greeting from them when entering and leaving the store.

I’m beyond grateful. My son got $100 for his birthday. I was holding it and somehow I dropped it. I left my name and # . I got a call right before I was going to bed and one of the security men found the money. I just picked it up and the employees at Ross are honest, kind. God bless them and their family’s.

The store is filthy, needs to be merchandised better & cleaned up. The checkout line is long and hides everything from waste down the way it’s set up. Beware people are thieves at this store, and the loss prevention door guy will not help you at all. My wallet was stolen at the store while in the check out line and the management was not helpful they were very unprofessional, rude. The worst Customer Service , that I have ever experienced in my life. I dealt with Xavier, the loss prevention guy he was a glorified door greeter not helpful at all and would not get the manager for me when someone stole my wallet in the checkout line he said you have to make a police report first before I’ll call the manager and look at cameras. I asked him to please call his manager right away, he would not do it. I was in shock by how he treated me & did not care. I had to call 911 in front of him and get a cop on the phone first before he would even call the manager, then the manager, Kayce was not helpful I made her watch the security footage, and she said the person behind me in the line did not steal my wallet and I know damn well that they did. They were so rude horrible customer service and they did not want to help me and poorly trained employees . Horrible customer service from Crystal. This was the worst experience of my life

The lines are ridiculously long all the time.
One cashier working, store is always a mess.
Don't waste your time, prepare to wait over an hour to pay.

Isles are very tight cannot take shopping baskets through men's isles. I went for dog products and the isle was blocked off with boxes.

It's always a hit and miss like every other store to find something you want at a decent price, but when I do find it it's usually a good score.

Great. Just make sure to always double check your item to make sure no one has opened it or taken a toy part out. Other than that you literally cant beat the prices
