I prefer this Ross because they do gave nicer things but more often than not I get followed by security which is annoying even if I’ve never stolen. (Stealing is broke people activities) Yesterday I went with my finance and daughter and I we looked around but ultimately decided to not buy anything just return some clothes we had previously bought and we were talking to each other as we were leaving when we hear “EXCUSE ME, EXCUSE ME” so we turned around and were asked by the security if we had used “her” self checkout and before we could say anything the nice cashier that had helped us out explained to her that we had only returned things. The security was an older Hispanic lady and I originally wanted to call and complain but idk hopefully she was just having a bad day. It’s a love/hate thing coming to this Ross.

Super bad service, their employees have very little empathy. Two days ago I went to the store, I asked the person at the checkout if she could help me because I am disabled and she did. Then I asked one of the people at the door if she could help me, and she refused to do so. It is the only store where they have refused to help me. Some of their workers are very abusive when treating customers.

Always has a great selection of different style clothes and shoes. Haven't been disappointed by this Ross.

A girl came to the dressing room saying there was a guy wanting to use the bathroom but he only spoke Spanish so she was asking for him. The employee at the dressing area told them “the restrooms aren’t open”. As soon as they the guy left, a lady and her kid came out of the restroom. The employee did NOT say “there’s someone in there at the moment” they flat out told them they are not open. Seems very discriminatory.

THE EMPLOYEES ARE SUPER RUDE ?❌
Especially the lady at the self- checkout
I know she has to do her job but please, dont act like everyone is a thief .
I recommend that the employee undergo additional training to ensure a better understanding of appropriate workplace conduct and diversity

The staff that hangs the clothes is aggressive, they don't care if you are shopping, they enter the aisles without asking permission, they pity you and they push and if you say something to them, they verbally attack you and excuse themselves by saying that they do their job today at 2:30 pm. Two ladies attacked me for asking them to let me shop, please, he did the same thing 4 times in a row, he went into the yard where I was shopping and he still dared to insult me. I called the manager and they just don't do anything. I left super nervous after all the verbal insults they put me through and flies in this store, I decided to pay for what I bought and leave as soon as possible
