Tl;Dr: disgusting store. Deli has ants, roaches. Produce stock room had a massive maggot issue. Dairy box is cakes in mold and just blows spores into the faces of customers. Cashiers have poor customer service (Kim, primarily). Meat department uses unapproved meats in their ground meats. One of the more disgusting stores I have ever walked into.Where their dairy is kept, there is mold completely encasing their fan unit. The diapers on the bottom to help absorb extra moisture are not only wrong-side up, but they took are covered in mold. Customers are walking up to this, children are breathing these spores in.Not only is the store a complete and utter mess, customer service is at ab absolute low. Employee morale is low. No one there looks like they are happy to be there. Customers get, ignored, overlooked, brushed aside. When asking for where an item is at, they just assume you didn't look for yourself and they just tell you an isle number instead of walking me to the item. Younger female coworkers of mine would tell me how they felt sexualized by the produce manages and the front end manages and Scott from the meat department. As a worker, I was trained one way, hands-on a different way, then realized that each person I closed with has a complete unique way to closing and a majority of the "training" wasn't even used. They leave knives in an open container with spoons, spatulas, and other tools. They'll have frosting bags that aren't labeled as what they are not do they have a date so they just sit at room temperature in a piping bag, with a metal tip, for who knowss how long. Besides that, they used to leave bags of empty chicken lying around in the back for 8+ hours. It got to the point where I complained day, after day, after day until there was finally an ant trail big enough for me to get good pictures of. Only then did management feel pressured to clean up the mess. And they didn't even bother address why it was happening! They just wanted it cleaned. The older employees are extremely cliquey and exclude younger employees all the while spreading false rumors about them. This happened to me when I worked there. It wasn't just employee -manager spreading rumors, they dragged instacarters into the mix as other shoppers as well. It was extremely unprofessional. It only frustrated me further when I would complain to my store manager and he would just gaslight me. I eventually went and had to have a call with the head of human resources, Sonya, who only then started to take action on things I brought to her attention. She was dismissive when I told her about the rumors and drama that certain employees were bringing to work. But Sonya did address how bleach and other unsafe work chemicals were being mixed in with our chlorinated cleaner. She wasn't thrilled to hear how managers in the deli were told and trained to only use work safe chems and they still took it upon themselves to do otherwise (Michelle, I'm talking about you).In one of the pics you'll see a bowl to the left with raw chicken juices right next to some tri-tip that's resting before it gets served to customers. And it was Yolanda, the department manager who sat both items there. I took a picture because I thought it was ironic how she told me, just days before, not to do that and that if I see a coworker leave it, to move it.Video shows dairy box and massive mold issue it has; a few pictures highlight that as well. In one image, you'll see a silver bowl with raw chick juices inches away from tri-tip that's about to get cut and served to customers. In another image, you'll see the plethora of unapproved chemicals (the in-store cleaners use chlorine-- there's bleach being used daily back there-- bleach is not work-approved-- bleach and chlorine shouldn't mix-- and it certain should not mix on surfaces where food is prepared to give to mothers, children, and others). Another image shows a knife in with bags of frosting. The frostings have no date and are left open. They stay up th

I'm standing in line with my basket and a cashier comes up to me, looks me in eyes and says"I can help down here." I start walking down to her lane and multiple people run down to her lane and get in her line. I assume she is going to ask everyone to back up and take me but nope. I ended up going from behind 2 people to behind 4. Instead of making a scene like I wanted to, I left my cart and walked out. Don't call people out of the line they're in if you aren't going to help them. That's a slap to the face and horrible customer service. Do better

Clean well organized grocery store, friendly staff willing to assist. Fairly extensive deli and bakery counters. They have hero subs grab n go, good fresh made cookies by the six pack. A good selection of boutique cheeses and all other usual grocery fare.

Honestly? SUPER comfy place, really large and open, really damn well organized and clean.I was also surprised with the quality of their baked goods. I've only tried ordering chicken tenders and this garlic pasto but they're not dry at all! Much tastier, crispier and MOIST compared to dry as heck Raising Cane's IMO.Garlic pasta didn't look that appetizing and kinda dry, but it's actually packed full of flavor, and the pasta itself tasted higher quality and full of tasty gluten. Couldn't tell you but I'd believe if they hired a chef to prep their foods on site, and props to them if so!

Prices are WAY too high compared to other places.Noticed a 4 pack of soup was 7 dollars while they had a "promo" going on that says buy 2 cans of soup for 4 dollars. Thats a Rip-off if you ask me.

This store is ALWAYS clean and the staff is always friendly. Their prices are normally on the high side but their sales prices are some of the lowest in town. Their meat dept is always working in the back and everything we've ever brought home is fresh and good quality.

The meat here has been spoiled the last 3 times I’ve bought from them. The staff here is rude and incompetent. They tried to tell me the rotten meat they sold me was supposed to smell like that…They don’t even acknowledge you at the register, won’t help you find what you need, and do nothing about panhandlers outside the doors. I’ll drive all the way to Albertsons from now on.
