Ah Sbarro, one of the relics of the mall that continues to survive in the revolving door that is the food court. I dropped in yesterday for a quick bite while running some errands. Let's start with the obvious, is the pizza great? No it's not great and you know it's not going to be great. It's pre-made and sits under heat lamps for long periods of time. They are a bit skimpy with the toppings but you get what you pay for and you can get 2 big slices and a drink for $12 which isn't bad at all in today's market. The classic pepperoni is fine, it's nice and thin and the pepperoni is flavorful, the cheese is fine. It's fine for what it is, if you're in a hurry and craving pizza this will more than hit the spot. The reason Sbarro continues to survive is because for the price point and location they serve fast and relatively cheap pizza that's decent. If you're looking for high quality pizza don't look her but if you're looking for a decent slice on the go and don't want to break the bank it's not bad at all.

Can I just say idk what happened to the place but I haven’t been to the mall in a while. I went with my kids and wife today. The staff was unprofessional dirty and disgusting. I had to wait 10+ min till someone came out and the back and greated me. Smelled like marijuana and the food was so dry. When I went to the register the cashier was so rude and just talking to other employees. Completely unprofessional and the food was dry and tasted like it’s been sitting for hours.

Me and my friend came to eat pizza at the mall we wanted to order a couple slices and then we decided just to order a whole pizza Well the lady got an attitude with us when we first walked up to ask her questions so we just went to the cashier and ordered the pizza that we wanted she said it would take 20 minutes we're sitting there waiting on our pizza for at least 15 minutes and they haven't even put it in on top of it there there's no gloves they don't wash their hands they don't wear hair net they touch money and then go touch the go make the pizza very handed it was absolutely the worst thing the worst experience rude I will never come back here again and the hygiene is not good needless to say we got a refund and will never come back here again needless to say it was just too rude kids that thought it was funny and they were just showing their butt but now the health department is going to get involved because I'm calling them and I'm going to call corporate I would just stay clear of this place hands down a zero post and that was based on the customer service and the hygiene of the place we never got a chance to taste the food nor do we want to after all this

09/27/2022 Bruh. Today your food really sucked a*** Garbage. I have been in the F&B bidness for over 20 years. Now I was not born yesterday but you guys think it's ok to leave a day or two old pizza out,safe it and sell it again at $10 a slice the next day!? No mames homie

Had been shopping in the mall for a few hours and got hungry. Decided to eat at Sbarro. Three different employees looked right at us, rolled their eyes, and kept working. Some guy from the back had to come out and start us, then reprimanded them for ignoring us. The female proceeded to be incredibly rude and off-putting, even though we were being courteous. This included throwing our food around. We were in at 1:20 pm, they were slow and talking to friends. It wasn't like they couldn't take our order.

the pizza isn't the same size it used to be since the summer and the crust IS TOO THICK now ...WHOEVER IS MAKING THE DOUGH AT MING AVE LOCATION ?????? and my pizza wasn't heated up enough...I thought maybe because they were busy but no it was my second time coming NO EXCUSE ....and the staff isn't too welcoming to customers ...like the old staff...and old owner .

If a delivery order is going to take 20 minutes for a pickup tell me it's going to take 20 minutes don't lie and tell me it's going to take 10 minutes it's a waste of my time it's a waste of your customers time who has already paid for the food for your establishment your employees are liars and rude
