I keep calling to find out if they're open it's 11:30 p.m. and I can't find out if they are open or not. I want something to drink and they have the best Coca-Cola on tap. But I can't figure out if they are open or closed.

They are not open all night. Of course you can get gas all night at the pumps but they close at midnight and open I think at 5 am ..

This Shell gas station on the corner of Norris and Airport Drive is the worse customer service, because of Nina, she is rude, stingy, and makes you feel uncomfortable. Don't be a penny short, you will have to go dig one out of the car! She won't let her customers use the restroom, I heard her whispering to the other employees to not let anyone use the restroom!!!! THATS WRONG! What's super sad is she lost our business and we were loyal customers who didn't deserve to be treated like we did something wrong

Great service ! AMAZING BISCUITS AND GRAVY, ( ask for Chicken also). The girls are always so nice doesn't matter what time of the day it is I'm always pleased when I come to this establishment.

I went like a month ago they literally stole my money i paid to an Asian lady $15.00 for a prius my gas meter didn't marked anything so i went back to tell ask her what y happened to my gas she pretend she couldn't understand what i was saying i ask for corporate number she said they're franchise and it will be the store number she will be answering this was so upsetting.

I go to the shell gas station almost every morning. I get my Gatorade and a burrito. delicious, and I like the girls, they are very nice and very helpful. Always welcoming customers with a smile. I've noticed that a lot of people that go in there know the ladies by their names, and they know their customers too. Bravo to the ladies. Thank you.

Best place in the immediate area to fill propane tanks. Prices are a bit high.

Its nice they had a clean bathroom. Not to often you get a gas station with clean bathrooms. The employees were nice, and they had a good selection of grab and go food. For that fast morning pace. I will be stopping back by when I'm over there.
