My car windshield has a security feature that makes it so the car wash stickers aren’t read. Rather than help me fix it the cashier told me in a rude manner “I’m not going to help you since you want to cancel” I told her I just started the membership and I want it fix before I agree to next month membership and she just shrugged and said “there’s no point in helping you.” So I cancelled the membership and called my bank about the issue. My bank reserved the charge and refunded me the money. Don’t go here when there is a touch less car wash down the street @ the Chevron.

I don't understand the marketing team at Shell why they have such a stupid photo as their main cover photo. You can't even see what the place looks like unless you research the other pictures. But all Shell stations put up this lame picture of the store.

The cashiers are always rude. They also never have change for customers paying for gas. This is the worst Shell in Bakersfield.

For the past couple of years I go to this Car Wash often, because they do not use tire shine if you don't pay for it. My past few visits my truck has soap on the back end and the tailgate. This Sunday I went there to get a car wash and there were two attendants washing the front and back of vehicles as well as windows as you drove past. When I got over to the area to dry and vacuum my vehicle I noticed there were still bugs on the front of my truck and nobody had touched the tailgate, it was filthy. All I'm asking is if you want me to pay you $10 to wash my vehicle, then wash my vehicle. I pay you you do the work you said you would! Any problems in the past I have went in and spoke to somebody and they become angry about the issue.

Do not get the membership for the car wash. $40 a month and they can’t resolve replacing a sticker on my windshield. They asked me to come back 3 times as I did so I can be told that they close at 8pm- nobody seems to care about this issue. Do not get the membership- going in 4 days without being able to wash my vehicle.

Pay $10 for a car wash only to be left with a dirty soapy car. The brushes weren’t working properly and stopped working multiple times. The pre scrub that is given before entering was the only soap that touched the car because the car wash failed to dispense soap and when it came to the rinse process the water came out in dribbles. Literally spend your money anywhere else.

Paid 15$ for a car wash didn’t get no tire wax nor no wax and when I confronted the lady abt it she started arguing and stuff I would never get a car wash from this gas station

This place used to be great especially for the car wash. But on Saturday, August 5, 2023. I went to the car wash and as I got out I went to vacuum my car and I seen the back side of my left mirror on the driver side was gone so I went inside the store and I asked if they could look around the inside of the car wash to see if maybe it came off And I could still put it back together. The manager, Monica, she was not helpful. She was very rude!!! She told me several times that there's nothing left behind and there's nothing they could do so. I asked if I was able to go look inside, and she told me yes, and then came back to tell me no I couldn't so I suggested if they could take a look one more time, then I figured I should just asked to speak with the owner since she was no help. From the beginning of when I walked in the store, she had a really bad attitude. I wasn't sure why when I'm the one who got my mirror damaged then the owner came out and wasn't helpful towards the beginning and took my information down afterwards but the guy working the car wash brought back pieces of my car to show me that it did get taken off inside the car wash it had just gotten ran over and was pieces left behind. I really hope to hear back from this place and get this solved because this is beyond ridiculous!!!!

THEY HIRE THIEVES. I came here to buy two packs of smokes for my dad for his birthday.. The cashier was friendly, but i realized that she didnt give me my receipt and i realized that she short changed me by $10 after i gave her a $100 bill. She said she was 56 and her birthday was in January after she checked my ID. Watch your total and BE CAREFUL. I really can't believe they hire scammers like her. Count the tills please. She is probably scamming other people too.

I'm pretty sure it's literally the most expensive fuel in town, costco across the intersection is over 1.25$ cheaper per gallon than here...6.60$/gal is absolutely insane for current fuel prices.I filled up yestday in ventura for 5.56$ at another shell station. Why here in Bakersfield where we literally have oil wells and refineries is the fuel this expensive here...Only reason I went here is because of the company card I use. Otherwise it would've been costco ?

Tell me why I got charged from their ATM again without even using their ATM? Charged me another $100 had to file another claim with my bank because apparently I took out that $100 from their ATM? But, then my claim got denied and I need to fix it with the Shell. When I go to the shell they don't wanna fix it. So this shell owes me $200 because their ATM some how had access my card info after using it. Told the cashiers about it, said they would let their supervisors know . Left my info and nothing!!!!

If you're going to wash your car at this location. PLEASE!!! Avoid this place. I took my brand new Highlander and I regretted afterwards. Once I got home I noticed bad scratches on the body of my car. So disappointed that my brand new car is now scratched.

It's a nice friendly store overall but if you have to use the restroom don't ask cause they won't let you, they're still using the covid as an excuse. I've seen them give the key to random people so it's like they let them use it when they feel like it
