This truck stop is filthy. They never wash the floor at the pumps it’s stuck and dirty and they never take the trash out. The minute you open the door all the flies fly in and never have paper towel at the pump. Employees are good. It’s the management that needs to get it together.

Very high prices just because your near the I-5 and can hurt people isn't cool. Same things if you drive a short way to Walmart is $2-$10 cheaper. Plus the highest I've seen for gas across the United States and we've been across them this last month.

I had a terrible experience at this Shell gas station. I purchased two Pop Mart figures from inside the store as a gift for my grandmother, only to later discover—after verifying the anti-counterfeiting codes on the official Pop Mart website—that both items were fake. One of them was so poorly made it was literally deformed. Even if it was a knockoff, it was embarrassingly low quality. BTW， each figure cost me 40$ !
I went back to the store in person with the receipt and even an unopened box, but the staff refused to refund or take any responsibility. They never disclosed the items were unofficial in the first place.
This isn’t just bad service—it’s deceptive and unethical. Selling counterfeit products under a trusted brand like Shell is unacceptable. I’ve filed a formal complaint with Shell corporate and initiated a chargeback with my credit card company.
Be extremely cautious if you stop here. Check what you’re buying and keep your receipts. I sincerely hope Shell investigates this location and takes real action.
