They ad advertise a price for within 10 miles. I was towed less than a mile and after dropping the vehicle off, ask for a credit card and charge me more than double the price without telling me the suddenly new price until after I had been charged. Total scam. Entire process from hooking up to dropped off was less than 30 minutes. Considering reporting them to the better business bureau. Totally unethicalService: Car towing

I never write reviews but I have to today. Cesar was such a blessing and his customer service is on point. I was calling other towing companies all morning and no one would answer but I'm glad they didn't because I got Cesar? thanks bud! You made my morning and this experience a little less stressful.

Cesar was amazing! Our car broke down on I-5 and he came quickly to take us to a local mechanic. He waited until the car diagnosis was complete, and then took us to a local hotel. Top notch, professional service.

Very good service, Cesar was very kind and helpful. I was heading from Fresno to Bakersfield to go home and my car broke down on me, I have a 15 year old Nissan and it’s been dying on me lately. So I called Sideline Towing and they responded fast, they also were very caring. If it wasn’t for Sideline Towing I would still be on the freeway.Services: Car towing

These people are crooks they have taken several of my cars. Mind you their all parked on private property too. Their google address will take u to a shopping center on white lane in Bakersfield ca. Their very rude when u try to call an get there location so that you can get ur belongings out of ur vehicle. To me they seam like a scam because u can’t get their address off the internet or from them. They will say things like call back in a hour an we will give u the location. Then when u call back they will be very rude an hang up on you. I will never use this company just for the simple fact that their trying to hide where their located. So for that being said I hope that can help you one day to not get ur car stolen from these crooks.

When the driver got there to replace my tire. he said insurance messed up and wanted me to fix it. my obligation was to the insurance not him. Any disputes are between the. and my insurance I paid the 95$ for the insurance . driver removed my jack and placed his under my car which I thought was odd . turns out he did it to keep me there since I can't remove his equipment from my car , since he's having an issue from my insurance. I called my insurance to get it handled and they said once it's approved the driver would get paid. driver refused to let me leave or remove his jack from my car until someone paid him. then after I left him a review he responded that he had to use a specialty tool. which as it turned out was an impact gun and socket which is not specialty. and that I should have been charged more just because he has to use it. my only obligation was for the insurance payment any disputes would be between them and insurance . unprofessional and I'm looking into a civil suite because of the driver . my insurance is also investigating and weighing options into dropping this company .Service: Tire change

The driver who was driving on 178 going to Lake Isabella was rude and inconsiderate.He refused to use the turnouts, even though there were 8 cars behind him.The driver in front of me repeatedly flashed his lights and tapped his horn when approaching a turnout..This rude driver made no attempt to follow the rules.

The tow truck driver was at planet fitness on White lane to tow someone's car but he stopped in the middle of the parking lot blocking me from leaving, I asked him to pull up so I could leave, he just stared at me and told me to say please. Very unprofessional worker!

Wonderful service! We had 2 broken tire rims and he picked up our car, dropped us off at a motel and saw us safely to our room, stored our car overnight and brought it to a tire store the next morning to have the tires and rims replaced, and brought it back to us at the motel as soon as it was done! He made very sure we were safe and even brought us some water when he picked us up while we were stranded late at night by the side of the road. He responded promptly to phone calls and texts too.Service: Car towing

I was driving to Disneyland from the bay area with my family when my car (mercedes Benz) broke down on the highway. I needed my car towed from the hotel we were staying at to the mechanic. I called sideline towing and within 5 minutes Cesar met me outside the hotel. He drove my family and I to the mechanic. After an unsuccessful day at the mechanic I called Cesar to pick my family and I at the mechanic to drop us off at the hotel. On the way to the hotel Cesar told me that he knew a mechanic who could fix my car. He drove us to the mechanic and the mechanic was able to fix our car. Cesar went above and beyond to help my family and I get home. The mechanic Sergio and Cesar are amazing human beings. Good people. We are so grateful.Service: Car towing
