Absolutely horrible service. Do not buy from this company. First of all, when I called requesting service on my sleep number bed, the rep on the phone told me that I should “pick up a handyman in front of Home Depot” to fix it. We forgave this…maybe this was a training issue. Afterwards, we were able to find a local store and in fact found the lady, Karen, that originally sold us the bed at Valley Plaza Mall. She was able to help get service dispatched while we we were in store. While we were there, we ordered and prepaid for a new headboard. On the day the headboard was supposed to be delivered, we received a call from the driver stating that they could not bring our headboard because the truck broke down blocks away from our home. I asked what could be done as we had already been waiting all day. They replied that nothing could be done. I told them to cancel the order and then I went down to the sleep number store to ask for help. I told them what happened and they looked at me like I was crazy. I told them I wanted to cancel the order. They called their internal service line and the rep stated that we would forfeit 20% of the purchase price. How is this ok when their truck is the problem? When I questioned this, the rep on the phone hung up on me and the store salesman told me that I needed to leave because in the state of California, he has the right to refuse service. Do not shop here. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Absolutely horrible service. Do not buy from this company. Thank you Rod, Karen and Randy for your advice and help today while we were there selecting my mom's new bed. Your financing process was a breeze and we enjoyed listening to Rod's stories, honestly one of the best customer service experiences that we have had in a long time and we had many laughs. We are so glad that we stopped in to visit today. You are a rockstar team, we hope you have a wonderful rest of your Memorial Day weekend!

I bought a mattress from here and the salesperson was really rushing me to buy the mattress without telling me anything about it. When it arrived, it was completely different and much harder than the mattress in the store. They have a no refund policy but allow exchanges within 100 days. I didn't think anything of it considering I thought the mattress I would receive would be the same as the one I tried in-store but it was not. I exchanged it for another similar mattress but the new one was even worse, both causing me a lot of back pain. They refuse to make a return or any effort to rectify this. I would advise anyone not to buy a sleep number mattress.

My fiancé and I visited this store and we received exemplary service! Eric was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us. He took his time with us and showed us a variety of options and was transparent in prices. We've visited multiple stores in search of a mattress and we received the best customer service here. We can't recommend this place enough, Eric made our experience wonderful.

The Sales Representative named Karen is extremely knowledgeable and possess amazing communication skills. She made the whole process easy. I will recommend, but not related to her that the company should invest more in the technology the employees use. I feel that better technology can provide better service. Other then the last comment great work. Thank you.

A bit too salesy for me. Very nice presentation good showcasing of excellent products but the sales person kept pushing their most expensive product. That’s ok some people will buy it, but I personally don’t like that kind of interaction. I was about to close the deal but after all that well scripted presentation they said I’d have to wait 2-4 weeks for a mattress…that’s just weird. You have excellent product, stock up on it. First rule of sales never let the buyer think , sell it get them out the door with it, I’m not waiting a month for something you just convinced me to spend $8k on.

If I could give a negative number I would. I have never felt more unwelcome to spend money. I needed a new pillow so we went in on Saturday. They close at 7 pm and we went in at 6:20 pm. When we entered the store instead of a welcome, we were abruptly told he was closing early and he wanted to leave in 5 min or less. We told him we would be quick we were just getting a replacement pillow. The person at Sleep number paced the door while we looked. We did ask for help and he just point at the shelve and told us that was all they had and maybe we should just order something online. After a bit of digging we found the pillow and went to check out. We asked about a law enforcement discount and we were told that usually they give one but not today. I guess he was irritated we were taking his time. No thank you for coming, we were ushered out and he locked up quickly and left. I guess he forgot they were supposed to be open until 7. Customer service is dead at this place!
