Very very Disappointed I have been a loyal customer of Smart & Final for years and typically my experience has been great well this evening I was having trouble with a digital coupon and the clerk (Arianna) she couldn't help me want to rush me along and have me do two separate transactions which I wasn’t going to do so I step aside while she tended to other customers after 15 minutes of trying I ask to speak to the manager Shanna who was no help Basically just said scan it UNBELIEVABLE and I’m quite sure she could’ve override a two dollar freaking coupon when you had a couple of ladies take a whole shopping cart over $200 worth of groceries and walk right out and they were too worried about about my digital two dollar coupon that they wouldn’t honor but yet people just go in there take whatever they want
and they just watched them …Maybe I should’ve just walked out with the damn detergent. My resolve I left my purchase right there. I went to Vons. Maybe management needs to be a little bit more considerate of their PAYING customers who need assistance with digital coupons then just brush me off.

I called looking for a specific coffee creamer… they said they had it in stock! Fantastic… but I could not find it when I arrived. So I called again and Yolanda was so gracious and helpful in pointing me in the correct direction! It may seem small but these little helpful things completely changes some people’s day, mine included. Thank you!

I like the store, but you have got to keep an eye on anything they weigh at the check register. An example is in the picture.The store is always clean. Decent produce. Good selection throughout. Don't try to get their coupon deals unless you have the app downloaded and know how to use it. I do like the employees at my location. They're usually fairly chipper.Again, check the weight of anything you buy and watch them at the register. Too many times, I have been grossly overcharged for meat or produce. This time, I didn't look before leaving. Mea culpa.My picture shows the 1 red delicious apple we bought that was $1.26 per lb and weighed 7.4 oz. We were charged $1.88 for 1.26 lb. Yes, my scale is accurate.I would have weighed my 2 Fuji apples to see if they were accurate, but I was halfway through one of them. At least the weight charged for the Fuji's is a bit more believable.

Fresh produce, meats, and bakery. Reasonable prices and the employees are friendly. The store is maintained very clean.

I am a regular shopper, I went to this store and spent about $650. I was supposed to be picked up by my roommate. I went out the door and went back in, and I asked the manager (who had just checked me out) to call me a taxi, she said what do I look like a taxi stand? Even though the manager is a crud, the rest of the people who work there are great. The store actually has great produce and is small enough for me, to not get lost in.

I love smart and final but this one is very bad vegetables fruit is old not taken care of or properly handled when it gets to store cause most stores it is well maintained. Isles are very dirty aswell the store overall does not meet other smart and final name or brand. It was a ghetto place for being in such a nice area so I'll stick to Mt vernon even if it's a drive from me but the quality of food and service is excellent compared to this location.
