I placed this order at 10:40AM to pick up later in the day on Friday 2/28. I showed up to pick up my order and followed the instructions on the email I was sent in regards to having the order brought out to my car. After over 20 minutes of waiting I went inside and noticed that part of my order was in a basket at the front. I asked the person working the register where the rest of my order was and he let me know that he would get someone to help me. A young lady came up and did some research to discover that the popcorn I ordered (the main reason I placed the order with Smart and Final) must not have been in stock and she said that she would have called me if she rang the order up. The problem I have is the extremely low quality of the customer service by S&F in general. Why have a drive up option if nobody is going to bring it out? Why not call the customer or email stating that part of the order is out of stock so that they can make other arrangements? I was left, 20 minutes before my event started, without the main part of my event.

Very friendly associate's. Love that it never to crowded. During my last visit steven was very friendly and patient. walked me thru using the app to get the digital coupons

Very clean and great staff. Didn't know how much stuff was here till my son started doing some of his shopping here. Love that you guys have great deals and I don't have travel across the city for some deals i see in other stores

Always clean, the only place I can find Chiquita bananas, and the clerks are always friendly. Their vegetables are always fresh also.
