This car wash is always clean, efficient, and reliable but what really makes the difference is the manager, Art. He is professional, hands-on, and clearly care about customer satisfaction. You can tell they run a tight ship, and it shows in the quality of service. I always leave with my car looking great and feeling like a valued customer. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at this car wash! From start to finish, everything ran smoothly and professionally. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and clearly operated with a high standard of quality in mind.
What really stood out to me, though, was the manager. Their attention to detail, customer service, and genuine care for both the staff and customers were obvious from the moment I arrived. They made sure everything was running efficiently, and they took the time to check in personally to ensure I was satisfied with the service.
My car looked spotless inside and out and the entire process was quick, convenient, and hassle-free. It’s not often you come across a place that combines great service with strong leadership and pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this car wash to friends and family.

The people here are so great! The customer service was great. I am not from California and my experience with Sparkling Image was GREAT! When I visit again I will definitely come here and let all my family that live out here to come to this place in Bakersfield.

45 dollers for a wash that sucks bugs still on window and the inside did not get wiped down at all what a joke of a place
