I couldn’t help but feel depressed and annoyed being inside this place. I like spectrum but avoid coming to this location at all costs to address your internet or phone needs.

if you can possible find another way of addressing your C/S needs do IT, this place is a time hole, plenty of registers, unfortunately cob webbed with a few humans clicking away the till. IT is quite reasonable for AI to replace the complete staff & keep a cleaning crew and mechanic until the Bots and perform those tasks as well ... Cabel Up kids.

Wont let you drop off a box without waiting in line behind 10 people, dont listen to customers, dude take the box when people drop it off, theres literally nothing else to do except just move the box to the storage area. So dumb. No i wont wait 30 minutes to hand you a box when you have 7 employees here, do your damn jobs.

i was waiting in line to tell them i was next up then the Middle Aged Woman told me to back up and wait for my turn, then calls me back as soon as i turn my back on her. (being rude and pety) horrible customer service and werent very helpful when i asked about equipment exchange.

This store is always crowded No matter what time you go. Reps spend a lot of time appear to be talking and laughing among each other. A lot of time wasted towards making customers wait! I went at 3ish took 1hr just to return equipment and they had 5 reps...They need more stores and reps that come to work to work!!!

They never have enough employees working and employees don't even pay attention to what they are doing when they sign you up. I had an employee mix up phone numbers on our phones.. they connected my phone number to a completely different phone as they were signing me up for service and when I went back to let then know what they did.. they told me to fix it myself over the phone with the spectrums terrible customer service.
The cellphone service itself is good but spectrum employees customer service is bad ?
