Equipment always goes bad after several years. Internet frequently cuts off throughout the day. Don't even consider going into this store without an appointment, you will be waiting for 1.5 hours+

I've been with them for 5-6 years the wifi would always cut out randomly and was slow. After I canceled the service they continued to charge me for a service I no longer had and lied to me about it. They will steal from you do not use them.

My husband and I purchased a business which of course needs internet. In the last month we have had them out 3 or 4 times replacing routers and wires which were supposed to be new to begin with. When we called customer service because the poor service was hurting our business the first rep (thought she was on mute) was caught laughing about the situation and when asked to speak with her supervisor (Antonio) was not very sympathetic saying he would credit us $13. Today our internet was out from 8:00am till the tech (that got there at 9:45) left at 11:15am. Needless to say we lost business. I would strongly NOT recommend them, especially if you have a business and want to be treated like your business matters!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service and operations! Always have outages and never able to answer the phone. Waiting over an hour to just cancel services and had numerous people skip the line because the people working were friends with them. Terrible! Absolutely terrible!

Slow service. They make you wait 30 minutes to drop of equipment when it could easily just be dropped off in a drop off box. Waste of time.

In my opinion, spectrum has the worst telemarketing program. Even though we are customers, we get calls early in the morning or late at night soliciting for business. Service and reception is sketchy. If another choice comes up in the future for to provide for our TV services, I will definitely change. They kind of remind me of the old ma bell they had a monopoly.

Very slow to serve and the truth is I think they do it intentionally because they look at us and smile and the others don't say it at all. The service is the worst, but Alex has already had me serve me three times and it's very slow.

Disorganized. I closed my account because I lost my job, and needed to cut back until I got back on my feet. I specifically asked if I owed anything on the account. They said my account is clear. Well now a few months later I get a call claiming I owe $82 for the 3 days of the month is had their service. This service sucks. They got no problem lying to their customers.

They send your new phone in the mail but give you vague instructions & NOBODY TO CALL TO HELP YOU! The website & "chat" is useless. I have to make an appointment to drive to a Spectrum store & hopefully they can activate & transfer my old info onto my new phone!!!

Great location and awesome service
